Good for families

My family of four stayed here mid-February. The front desk staff were very helpful. The cafe was good for breakfast, though it seemed expensive. The lobby area in general was pleasant and comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch. A plus for my family: the exercise room and self-serve laundry facility.

Excellent experience

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is close to 60 without being so close it's too loud, and the room was perfect. Clean, fresh, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I was very impressed and will be staying here again.

Nice, clean hotel close to shopping and restaurant

Pros: Everything.
Cons: We booked on-line, a simple acknowledgement that breakfast was included in our reservation and you just need to do such and such in the morning.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. On site Bistro area at hotel.
Met at check in by Sarah, excellent job at check in, good directions to our room. Hotel is very clean, grounds are nice room was great. Would stay at again.Pools was open, but just a bit chilly for us older folks. My wife thought the pillows were too soft, but that isn't a hotel issue. Breakfast was very good as well. I have no complaints.

There was a used & dirty tampon under our bed. Not clean at all.

Not the Courtyard by Marriott I am accustomed to - more like an older Holiday Inn when it comes to amenities and appearance. I was dismayed to find food from the previous guest still in my refrigerator.

Nice enough hotel, your basic airporter

Pros: convenient an quiet
Location: most of the stores and facilities in the neighborhood are out of business.
Reasonable and average, but not at the level I've usually come to expect from a courtyard Marriot.

Hotel staff was friendly, room was great! Reservation stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn't, so we we're a little disappointed.
