Conveniently close to the airport

Pros: It is convenient and close to the airport and they have a shuttle bus that runs frequently. The Post restaurant has great food.
Cons: The drinks at the downstairs bar could be more compelling. There are few house cocktails and they are not inspired.
I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza several times and have always been very pleased with the hotel. This time, however, we noticed that there seemed to be a scarcity of employees and some stress among those who were present. Kellen, the bellboy, and Bonnie in The Post restaurant were exceptionally helpful. It seems as though there had been some recent upset in staffing and the hotel had not settled down yet.

Overpriced food. Wine $10 a glass. Stairwells can only be accessed from outside the hotel and are locked. Parking is difficult to get to and often blocked by the valet area causing wait times.

Our stairs are located on the ends of the building and designed as emergency exits like a standard 10 story building. They are locked from entry for security measures. Great Hotel, Very Clean, Great Price

Pros: The Cleanliness, staff, and Price
Wow Can not believe we got a hotel like this for the price we did. It was so clean, the customer service was amazing, and staff was EXTREMELY nice. Rooms were clean, lobby was very nice, and pool was great. Would totally come back.

Convenient and Clean!

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza to be as close to the airport as possible. I am a nervous wreck the night before a flight because of an insane fear of missing said flight! That being said, we booked two days before our stay and were very pleased with the staff and our room. And, we made it to the airport and our gate with PLENTY of time!!

Nice hotel right next to the airport

Very close to the airport and only a short drive to both downtown and Chase Field. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced. Pool was closed for renovations. Staff was friendly. Free parking.

Great hotel, close to public transportation

Pros: Very nice air conditioning, comfortable beds, clean everywhere.
Cons: Maybe the staff could be a little more cooperative, for instance, having a list of recommended restaurants in the area.
Location: There is a group of restaurants within a ten minute rail ride, places ranging from casual to mid-range, no upscale places.
The hotel looks new and is a block away from public (rail) local transit. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not of the same quality, but this is not surprising since it is near the airport. The restaurant was pleasant, the food tasty, and the breakfast reasonably priced.

Nice hotel close to airport & highway

Pros: Staff attitude was very helpful & genuine.
Cons: Unfortunately, not there long enough.
Location: Too short a stay
Valet service immediately with staff to unload luggage.Check in was quick & easy. The room was attractive; beds very comfortable.

Better options for less

Room service was horrible, stayed over a week and had room service 4 times. The employees at the front counter are not the nicest either.
