Conveniently close to the airport

I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza several times and have always been very pleased with the hotel. This time, however, we noticed that there seemed to be a scarcity of employees and some stress among those who were present. Kellen, the bellboy, and Bonnie in The Post restaurant were exceptionally helpful. It seems as though there had been some recent upset in staffing and the hotel had not settled down yet.
