Decent hotel for price

Nice hotel.... Old but nice. Breakfast was good. Convenient room for family. Living area and patio that opened up to grassy area and pool.

Good location with spacious room

Needs a serious update but has a great location and you can drive to anything/ anyplace in Scottsdale. The grounds are spacious but in need of repair. A good morning light breakfast with pleasant pool side tables to enjoy your coffee. I would stay again if the price is the same. It is clean, an acceptable accommodation.

Nice hotel close to shopping

Pros: Room was huge and so comfortable
Location: Shopping and restaurants!!!
Comfortable and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Good Location.

Arrived an hour early for check in having driven for 4 hours. Room was not ready which was fair enough. However arrived back a hour after check in and the room was still not ready. Eventually got in our room at 5pm. Room itself was fine clean but needed remained with some lighter colours it felt a bit drab. On one day our room wasn't cleaned not a particularly big deal but it was a first for us. The pool area is excellent and the reception area in in contrast to our room bright modern and welcoming. Breakfast was very good although a selection of fruit would be a plus. I would stay again my wife would prefer to look elsewhere. I'd stress there was nothing bad but out of the three hotels we stayed in on our vacation all of which were similarly priced this was number three.

Decent Hotel With Friendly Staff Who Care About Me

Pros: Staff
Cons: Shower head didn't stay in position. It was an ADA Accessible room so the facilities were different, but fine for me - not needing the accessibility.
Location: Good location. Most things were within 5 miles, but the highways (except for rush hours) are easy to drive.
My room was quiet, dark at night, clean, and had hot water. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, went out of their way to be sure I was happy and understood our conversations, and had all of the guests best interests at heart. I would stay there again.

Great location

Cons: More bathroom amenities
Location: Talking Stick Casino and countless places to eat very nearby
Older hotel but quiet due to thick solid construction. A lot of parking most uncovered but ok.

Nice and quiet

Location: A little off course but worth it plenty to eat and shop very close
Everything was exactly like described great stay no problems staff was polite.

Worst Hotel experience ever

Location: Lots of restraints. Across the street from Talking Stick park
Worst Hotel experience ever! We were in town for a wedding. Arrived at the hotel at check in time and the room wasn't ready. We hung out in the lobby and waited for our room to be released. Over an hour later we end up having to get ready to go to the wedding in the lobby restroom because our room isn't ready. When we return late that evening to finally get the key to our suite they had switched our room to a standard double bed. Mind you, I had already paid and checked into our king full suite!! What can we do at 1:00 a.m.? So we squeeze into this closet of a room they gave us. The next morning the manager is nowhere to be found. Beware: using a third party (Expedia) makes it impossible for the hotel to refund your money. The hotel was par for the nicer part of town and the staff at checkout were very nice and apologetic.
