Basic hotel, would benefit from maintenancePosted Nov 26, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was nice and plenty of choice.
Cons: Broken mirrors in room and cracked panes of glass are in need of repair. New bed linens would also be nice.
Location: Located in a commercial area with restaurants and Walmart nearby! V busy roads!
This was a basic hotel that would benefit from maintenance and updating. We were welcomed to the hotel and given directions to a nice place for lunch. However the manager of the hotel also entered our room without knocking to see if we had left yet. This was rude and could have been embarrassing.

Would have had a better stay at a bum camp. The room was run down pipes leak mold behind the shower, left over food under the furniture, gross

Short drive to downtown Tempe/ASU.Posted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: Pool, Free WiFi, ample parking spots near motel room (no parking car across the property).
Cons: In my opinion, public transit in this area was lacking, so without a car/rental car/bicycle/taxi; Getting around will be a challenge.
Location: See my experience above.
Situated in Guadalupe adjacent town to Downtown Tempe was a short drive on the I-10 West (depending on traffic conditions & time of day). Or take local streets for 8 miles Northeast (mostly 45+ mph wide streets). Free continental breakfast is the standard fare (yogurt, cereal, milk, waffle iron, fruits, toast, coffee, juice, etc.). Walmart, McDonalds, Starbucks, Wendys, and Oregano's Pizza literally across the street or a block walk. Arizona State University isn't too far if you're scouting the college. The state Phoenix is a short drive as well.

Missing bath towelsPosted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: I have stayed here in the past and had a nice visit. Like the breakfast provided "continental" but very nice. Location is also a big reason we stay.
Cons: Pay better attention to housekeeping staff to make sure they follow a standard of keeping the rooms well stocked with bath room items.
Location: Location is very good, as it is close to lots of shopping and places to eat. I like that there is a very well stocked Cost-Co just across the street.
We went to take our morning showers and found that we did not have any bath towels. I had to walk to the front office and pick up two very thin and rough swimming pool towels. I felt this was a huge oversight by housekeeping. The door to the bath room was warped and stuck when you closed it and opened it. I filled out a "feed back" card and left it at the front desk for what it was worth. I have stayed her in the past and we had a very nice stay, however on this visit, our stay was a bit off.

Ok for the costPosted Nov 15, 2015
This motel really needs to upgrade. The TV is really old, the breakfast was minimal, the capets were dirty, but it was the cheapest motel in Tempe and its in a great location with lots of food places and stores around it.

A "home away from home"Posted Nov 8, 2015
We make a "home away from home" at this hotel :) As we stay here almost every two or three months. Staff is helpful and respectful of our privacy as we keep the room neat and personal to our comfort. We bring our own sheets, pillows, even flowers. The "do not disturb" sign is on the door while we stay as we make the room our "own place" while there.

Should have just slept in my carPosted Nov 2, 2015
Rooms were not ready. Didn't get the rooms I paid for. Housekeeper never showed up out of the three day two night stay. Had to pay an extra 20$ per room. Ac was broken and after about 5 calls to the front desk I just gave up. Never again will I stay there. Only plus was the people in Tempe are very nice. Environment is great. But the room killed it.

It's a hotel I guess.Posted Nov 2, 2015
Not clean, 3 pillows for a 2 person bed? When we asked for more towels for the pool they only had 2 left? Descent location I suppose.
