The bedding had stains on the comforter. The room was dated and had white patches of repairs on the drywall not painted. Reminded me of Motel 6. No one at the front desk when checking out.

They assigned a room that didn’t have some light bulbs and some were not working. Some wall plugs were not working either. It had a hole in the ceiling with cables showing out as they may have removed a light lamp. Asked to change to another and they did but it had same hole at ceiling, some light bulbs not working… I brought some for the 1st room. Shower really tricky to open and or close knob for water running. Towel bar at shower felt 2 times so, I better stoped using it. Very durty carpet. Phone cables at floof because phone was at the closet. Coffee maker also was storaged at cabinet but not clean, full of dust. Worst experience I ever have in my life. The should reimburse at list one night. I mention the front desk about 1rst room and her answer was they were remodeling that room, but why do they gave us that room then? Terrible experience with booking my forst time with Expedia too.

The pool was out of service, the ice machines were broken, there was no breakfast, and the wifi was down for a few hours. Also the bathroom was not clean. The intake staff were friendly and upfront about the issues, and worked to get the wifi up and running. the checkout staff allowed a late check out, but were supposedly sold out and unable to push it to 1pm. In the end we were out before that, but we weren’t feeling great after the heat of the previous day and were counting on a pool day before the airport.

While checking in they stated that they canceled my reservation then said that they didn’t have a room available for three people on a room with one double bed. However my friend booked a room after me and they gave him a room with two queen beds. No breakfast was available and the property was not pet friendly even though I’m disabled and have service animal with certificates they gave me a hard time we ended up convincing them to allow my dog to be with me since my disability is military related. I guess being in a wheel chair missing my legs wasn’t good enough.

When I got in to the room it kinda stunk of old stale smoke my Daughter went to work on cleaning this place the vents where so dirty the fan wouldn't work it and the bathroom vent have now been cleaned the air conditioners Have also been taken apart and cleaned the floor steam cleaned do have pictures.

It is old needs more up dating kitchenettes could use a bigger fridge they are small, Housekeeping needs to check and clean all vents and air conditioners where dirty. Other than that staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend this property. The name is deceiving as it appears to be a national chain which has much higher standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Their internal computer network was down not allowing us the Checkin on time, and the attendant who appeared to be an owner was rude not only to me but to others. They claimed the issue was the internet provider, but while there, the IT professional said it was their old equipment. The room was disgusting and I refused to stay there canceling my room. Avoid the disappointment and do not stay at this location. I would suggest Expedia to no longer list them.

Toilet was clogged. No hot water in the shower. Three lights and two outlets did not work. Two bad pillows. No plastic water cups. Room was dirty and bad carpet smell. Ice machine didn’t work. Unfortunately this is normal for Phoenix. If you can’t afford to spend $200 a night for a room you will be staying in a dive.

An unannounced spot inspection should be conducted on this property. This Hotel should be classified as a Motel. Electric socket in the living room area not working. T.V. Cable running along and above the rug. I stayed in one room and then moved to another room Many quests smoking marijuana outside in the parking lot. Towels so, so dirty that I had to go buy Towels at Walmart. Sink in bathroom sink stained with stain. Cabinets in bathroom dirty and paint chipping. This property has been abandoned and Cleanliness is Not a Priority. I asked about being refunded my money to move to another property and was advised, very, very kindly, that my reservation was processed via a Third Party, Expedia, and I had to arrange for this move by Expedia and I would be charged a one night stay for changing my reservation. The two rooms I saw/stayed are outdated and need some serious love & Care.

The establishment was under remodeling which was fine but the rooms were to expensive b/c they were just warn out. Front desk moved me three times to get a decent bed. By 8 am there was no coffee at front desk. The front desk lady told me basically too bad. The sheets were very clean. and the room seem to be clean but it was hard to know. I will never stay there again. especially b/c the lack of hospitality.

We tried 3 different rooms each one was worse then the other.. transients (multiple) in parking lots filthy rooms broken toilet seats, balls of hair in bath tub stains and cigarette burns on counters beds sofas etc broken appliances uncleaned fridge. Very unsafe property….

I stayed for 45 mins and left. The longer I sat in the room the nastier I felt. Carpet was stained and disgusting. The room smelt terrible. Ac did not work. Would not recommend this scummy place to anyone.
