Nice for our weekend needs.Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: Good parking, pool, breakfast, staff was very cordial.
Cons: It was hard to turn on the shower as it was not stable. Shower had great pressure.
Location: Just there for the weekend for an event which was close to the hotel.
Enjoyed the pool. Could have used an umbrella for shade. Continental breakfast was welcomed.

It was adequate for just overnight. We arrived at midnight and left at 8 a.m. Other guests seemed very nice

Location OKPosted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Plenty of space for parking, room OK, pool OK, breakfast minimal.
Location: Depending on what one wants, location good for visiting places of interest
Staged here for 4 nights, a little expensive for the quality of the place but location quite good for what we wanted.

Stay awayPosted Mar 21, 2015
Dirty carpet. Worn out mattress cover, cigarette burn holes in blanket. The pillows are a neck surgeons best friend. Breakfast, stale muffins and cereal. Coffee undrinkable. No bargain at current rates, probably jacked up with spring training in town. Forget booking a Days Inn.

Worst hotel everPosted Mar 19, 2015 on Hotels
The bed was awful, the room smelled, shower curtain and bathroom had mold. Then they charged us for smoking when we don't smoke and it smelled when we got there.

Filthy Hotel that is way overpricedPosted Mar 9, 2015
Cons: Total remodel, staff that want a clean and nice facility and reasonable rates.
Location: Have no idea, got out of this place as soon as we could the very next morning. We were scheduled to be there 2 nights but one night was way too long.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is way overpriced, filthy, and unacceptable to us for anyplace to stay. The shower was beyond disgusting the bed had cigarette burns in the blanket (and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room), it wreaked of cigarette smoke, and the bed was disgusting. This is a zero star room and find it unbelievable that they can charge ridiculous rates just because it is in the Phoenix area and it is prime time. We will never stay at a Days Inn again simply off this very bad experience.

hotelPosted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: Convenient for the location we needed
Cons: Make sure all repairs are done on the rooms before you have people stay in them. Inspect the rooms for any damage that is there and fix quickly
Location: The location wasn't quite ideal for us, but was the price we were looking for. Although the condition of room not worth the price
The room was very broken down. There was no bulb in one of the sockets. The door jam piece was dented into the wall. The door frame was not there and there was a crack around the entire door. In the bathroom over the tub the paint was peeling away from the wall. Looked like the little kitchen area was under a little bit of construction. There was not ample plug ins near the bed. What plugin was there was an extension cord on only one side of the bed. Horrible parking. Did not feel safe parking our car round the opposite side of the building. Not worth the price we paid for the room
