I stayed here for 4 nights after arriving in Phoenix to find my previous reservation at another hotel had been cancelled. I reserved and paid for the room, and then went to check in. The lady who checked my in was nice, and I went on to my room. Good things: bed was comfortable, pillows were acceptable, showerhead/water pressure also acceptable, I didn't turn the TV on, but it was a nice size. Not as good things: poor quality linens, coffeemaker was dirty when I used it in the morning, VERY dated appliances, no clock?? I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have SOME kind of clock.... On days 2 and 3 I had to have my key re-magnetized and the one gentleman who helped me with it acted like I had de-magnetized it specifically to annoy him. The lady who helped the next day was fine. The room was tidied nicely on a daily basis. Overall I'd say if you could get it for $35-45 per night you've got a deal. I paid more than twice that and was annoyed daily. Also, not a fantastic neighborhood and very little within walking distance.
