Good location, not in a trashy area of Mesa

Posted Feb 26, 2016
Had continental breakfast, with mostly starches. No yogurt, old fruit. The staff was very nice. The location was quiet, no noisy or obnoxious neighbors. Our room was clean, but the hot and cold water in the sink and tub were reversed, the shower knob was stuck in the shower position, so you couldn't use the faucet for a bath. The register to get the water in the tub was loose felt like it was going to fall out of the wall. The front desk didn't seem concerned at all when I mentioned the number of problems the room had. I would probably stay there again just because it was a cheap room in a good location.

Pros: Mattress
Cons: Put a clock in
Location: Not convenient to anything. Walked to a restaurant a mile away and REALLY regretted walking back after dark.
I stayed here for 4 nights after arriving in Phoenix to find my previous reservation at another hotel had been cancelled. I reserved and paid for the room, and then went to check in. The lady who checked my in was nice, and I went on to my room. Good things: bed was comfortable, pillows were acceptable, showerhead/water pressure also acceptable, I didn't turn the TV on, but it was a nice size. Not as good things: poor quality linens, coffeemaker was dirty when I used it in the morning, VERY dated appliances, no clock?? I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have SOME kind of clock.... On days 2 and 3 I had to have my key re-magnetized and the one gentleman who helped me with it acted like I had de-magnetized it specifically to annoy him. The lady who helped the next day was fine. The room was tidied nicely on a daily basis. Overall I'd say if you could get it for $35-45 per night you've got a deal. I paid more than twice that and was annoyed daily. Also, not a fantastic neighborhood and very little within walking distance.

OK on a budget

Posted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: Clean
Cons: Amenities
Location: Not the best, but good access to all of Mesa
It was clean, ok hotel all together just definitely a 2-3 star hotel. Very basic, no amenities really, not in the best area. Backs up to a trailer park but easy access to all of Mesa

Good hotel for the price

Posted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: Good price. Clean room.
Cons: Provide iron and ironing board for the room. I had to go to the airport in a wrinkled shirt!
Location: Within 20 minutes of Mesa airport
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. For the price, this was a good hotel.

Non-smoking room (?)

Posted Jul 17, 2015
The beds were nice and the sheets and towels clean every day. The room and bathroom though needed to be gutted and redone. The carpet and walls looked bad. And the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Dirty motel

Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Pool was dirty, area around pool was dirty also . Could not get into room, had to have staff to get another room, not a very good room. Could hear room next to us (when they took shower). Motel is in disrepair.
