The hotel was under employed. Only one person at the front desk having to answer phones and the line for people checking in, and the the line for people buying snacks at the gift shop. The pool is good. The sheets are itchy, and the beds are worn. The building is outdated.

Just stayed one night for a nearby concert. Food was good and the rooms are clean if not a little sterile. Not a lot of charm but it is a hotel for the business class and it did the job for us.

Only issue we had was during check out, the elevators were both broken so we had to carry heavy luggage down the stairs in the rain. Other than that the property was great. Our room was spacious it was set up like a single bedroom apartment. There were multiple ways to get into the property, gates by each end of the building with keycard entry. I love the fact that they had games in the courtyard to keep everyone entertained. The pool was heated. They also had a restaurant with a bar inside of the hotel.

Upon our arrival, the staff was very rude wouldn’t make iContact and offer any cookies as they advertised the remaining staff was nice and pleasant but there’s no restaurants in the immediate vicinity only the restaurant on site which the food was good but we also liked some variety

The girl at the front desk must have been having a bad day. The restaurant at the hotel was actually awesome!! Good drinks, and a perfectly cooked steak.

It's a clean and nice suite. Liked the separate bedroom with door. Cool courtyard to hang out. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, great place to stay for a night... or longer. Nice accomodations, and safe neighborhood. Would stay there again.

This was a last minute decision to stay was planning on staying at a family members house on a blow up bed but my back went out needed a bed. The check in process was great friendly staff loved the complimentary cookies delicious. The room was more than I expected I normally stay at the raddison but I was not disappointed at all. The bed slept wonderfully. Will most definitely stay again

The facility is fine , rooms , bathroom etc. they’re clean and nice. My complaint is that the personell at the bar and restaurant by night are so weird. The attitude of the barman and waitress are not polite.
