As advertised

This place was as advertised plus a little more. For $50 a night you normally expect a bed and toilet. We did get both of those but also a nice mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Free shuttle from the airport was great. The worst part of the room was the bathtub, but at $50 night everything can't be perfect. I would have given the place 5 stars but the free breakfast was pretty bad. I've had better free breakfast's that i thought were bad. Overall, I would stay here again for the value and comfort.

Would not stay again

Checked in to a room with evidence of possible bed bugs. Front desk agent was reluctant to change rooms because "all new mattresses were just put in". He told me he would only change the room one time, he was not kind. The mattress was clearly not new. The new room was better but would not stay here again.

hotel just for 1 nigth

Pros: close to airport
Cons: coffe was terrible
Location: ok
ok for the price ..noisy and wierd people staying here no came back

Two Different Customers - Assigned the Same Room.

Pros: Reliable Shuttle Service to/from Hotel to/from PHX Int'l Airport. Close to the Airport. Clean Comfortable Hotel Room. Free Breakfast.
Cons: What is absolutely intolerable is that we were given from the front desk the room key of another customer already occupying the room we were assigned.
Location: Close to the PHX Airport. Maybe only 3 miles, or 8-10 minutes by Free Shuttle.
What is absolutely intolerable is that my wife and I were given by the Front Desk the room key of another customer "already occupying" the room we were assigned! In other words, we used the room key we were assigned from the Front Desk to enter the room of a "very surprised" guest very late at night (11:30 PM). The guest of this room was visibly startled! And it was a very awkward situation for us! We greatly apologized to the guest for walking in unannounced into her, and tried to explain that the front desk must have given us her room key by mistake. It was so embarrassing for my wife and I, and for the lady in her room. I am also very upset with and dissatisfied with the response of the female employee at the Front Desk (who gave us our room key in the first place). This front desk employee merely replied, that "The lady in her room should have put the deadbolt lock on the hotel room door, so that the door to the room would have still remained locked and shut." No apology whatsoever. No sympathy for the situation. Nothing. I could not believe the total lack of empathy and ownership for the mistake made by this employee at the front desk! How would any paying hotel room customer feel if some strange person abruptly opened the door to their own private room and walked in unannounced??? The bottom line is, if hotel customers do not have full privacy or security within the personal confines of their assigned hotel room, what good is a night's stay at this hotel?

Quick stay

Flew in late night. Needed quick stay and this place was adequate. I figured if I'm only checking in to lay down and sleep and then out early in morning, why waste money on an expensive hotel? Funny that pool was way lame compared to photo of pool as is often the case lol. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast meh.

Nice place to stay for a spring training trip.

Pros: I liked the whole experience.
Cons: Nothing I can think of at this time.
Location: Location was ok, nothing special. I didn't stop at any businesses in the area.
I came to Phoenix to see spring training. All in all it was a good place to stay. I didn't spend much time in the room because I was out quite a bit, but I enjoyed the staff and the room. The appearance was clean and all of the employees I talked to were nice and helpful.

Near the airport yet quiet.

Pros: The price was right in the ballpark for a one night stay.
Came in in the middle of the night to friendly staff at the desk. The room was exactly as expected, clean and quiet. Breakfast was boxed muffins / bagels and lukewarm coffee.

Cheap hotel

The staff was not friendly. The breakfast was awlful. That said, it is near airport, has an hourly shuttle service and permits extended parking for $8 per day.

I would recommend this hotel

Pros: Clean, good price.
Cons: The cleaning products were very pungent--very fragrant. Very irritating to breathe, the room had to be aired out. No fresh fruit for breakfast.
Our room was large, well equipped, clean and the bed comfortable. We appreciated the shuttle service and that it was pet friendly.
