Great locationPosted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Quiet location
Location: Golf, great restaurants within walking and short driving distance.
We plan our yearly golf vacation at this hotel because it's centralized location of all the great Phoenix area golf courses. The staff at this hotel are the best, especially the food and beverage. We are already looking forward to our return next year.

Nice viewsPosted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: The view, pool area, overall cleanliness and staff service and helpfulness.
Cons: Bathrooms, coffee makers, elevator air conditioning and menu choices.
Location: This is a nice hotel, very conveniently located for restaurants, shopping, access to the highway. Did not do much in the neighborhood due to work.
This is a nice hotel, very conveniently located for restaurants, shopping, access to the highway. The staff, as with all other Embassy Suites staff in Phoenix, is excellent, very helpful and friendly. The facilities are nice, the rooms have nice views. There are a few drawbacks - the bathrooms need updating as they must be at least 20 years old; the coffee makers never make a cup full of coffee and are very prone to overflowing from some part of the coffee maker (and this is for every Embassy Suites because they all use the same coffee maker); there is no air conditioning in the elevators, nor any in the landings when we get out of the elevator to access our room, which, in Phoenix temperatures, can be quite exhausting. Also, the dining menu needs to have some more choices for appetizers and main courses.

Just okPosted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Early check-in was available.
Cons: Hotel needs an to be upgraded. Staff could have been more accommodating considering we were there for a funeral.
Hotel was not what we expected. It was fine for one night and we were glad to leave the next day.

Perfect Hotel for a fun family getaway!Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: We loved th vicinity of it. It was close to Phoenix, nearby malls, great restaurants, on a golf course, and about three hours from the Grand Canyon!
Location: It is only 3 hrs. from the Grand Canyon, less than an hour from ASU in Tempe, which we visited for my college bound son, and two hours from Tucson! ☀️
We loved this hotel! It was probably our favorite hotel experience ever and we do travel! From the delicious made to order, free breakfasts each morning to the free cocktail and appetizers nightly for families, it was wonderful! We simply couldn't believe kids could have delicious Shirley Temples or sodas and we could have cocktails free of charge along with light snacks! The staff was outstanding! Everyone was friendly from the wonderful weekend chefs preparing our omelette to the cleaning ladies, bartender, and the manager who checked in with us personally at the pool.

Family Stay-CationPosted Aug 2, 2015
My family and I had such a nice time during our stay. As soon as we arrived, we could see how nice and clean everything was. Our room was so comfortable and quiet. We hung out by the pool, and enjoyed an awesome complimentary happy hour. One of the best things about our stay was the amazing complimentary breakfast. They had everything you could possibly want for breakfast and it was all so delicious! We will definitely be staying there again!

Nice views of golf coursePosted Aug 1, 2015
Manager reception food choices very minimal. However, breakfast was excellent. Close to mall and restaurants. Not the greatest pool for kids but nice views of golf course. Great place to staybif you enjoy golfing it's on the premises.
