Staff was rude saying they were gonna charge me because towels were dirty they were on the floor and at first she didn’t wanna exchange my towels I had to go way back to my room to get them I bring them down she said she’s gonna charge me because they dirty

The property seem a little sketchy. There’s no top lock on the door, I had to move tables and chair in front of door for just in case someone try to force themselves in. I appreciate the price overall.

My 88 yo mother got bedbugs from this seedy hotel. There was one light. The tv kept turning off despite asking the front desk for help. It’s a pit.

My son and I stayed here due to his baseball tournament but I was appalled by how different the pics looked from the actual room. There were drug addicts everywhere and my son accidentally left his personal pillow but of course it never got logged in lost and found cuz they stole his $100 pillow. Wouldn’t recommend this to any family.

They had great customer service in front desk. But the room was not that great. The carpet floor was filthy, there was baby cockroaches, the bathroom door was broken.

It was a nice place I can bring shorty without being disturbed, didn't have to worry about my car nor junkies in the area. They had a pool though I wish they had a Jacuzzi.. the front desk clerk let me see the room and let me decide if it was up to par, which I thought was a plus nice size TV and room, plus had a microwave and refrigerator.. all in all pretty good place too stay!

Super dirty and smelly. The smell inside the room was so strong that I felt nauseous. The sheets were stained. The room was completely different than the pictures, very old, and everything was pulling apart to the point that I was really disgussed to take a shower in the tub. Some of the tiles in the hallway were broken and even my foot got stuck and I almost fell. Don't waste your money, not recommended at all. This hotel should be rebuilt.

This hotel is pretty sketchy. I get it everybody needs a place to stay. For me it wasn’t that big of a deal, but I was quite surprised how rundown this place was. Many people would be afraid to walk around outside.

An absolute dump. Nothing was even average, the TV didn't even work. Furniture looked like they just got if the trash, not even towel racks. Bed was awful. Bedside lamp had no bulb.We had to leave after the first night even though it was paid for. Does expedia have no standards?

Television service shutdown around 6 PM. When I inquired about a refund of some kind I was told it wasn't their fault and to bad. Television service is part of the room rate isn't it. 9 am the next day and still no tv and no refund of any kind

The shower curtain did not touch the floor and water was coming out when we were showing. It was a walking shower and my husband purchased a curtain to attach clips to it to e tend curtain to the bottom.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the US. Dirt, unclean, unsafe, no amenities, old, not maintained. Hotel is falling apart. Dangerous place to stay our sheets were dirty and unclean. We told management and they told us they would clean them next day and they lied to us. I want a refund for this staying at this disgraceful hotel.

Got an extra charge for dirty floor mat in the bathroom. We didnt even put our shoes inside the room. We use socks the whole time coz we know that floor is sticky and dirty. That mat dirt was from their dity floor.

I was given the opportunity to inspect the room prior to checking in. The property was okay on outside. The interior of room was tidy but inspection of the bathroom was not pleasing. The bathtub didn't look clean and spotty. Thankfully I was able to request a refund based on the inspection. The front desk staff was very nice and understanding of my decision.
