Convenient and economical but basic

Cons: The bathroom had a leak somewhere that let to a puddle of water on the floor each morning. There was no maid service provided.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The bus stop just outside the hotel provided access to the light rail system.
As I was aiming for budget accommodations, this hotel fulfilled that expectation. I did not expect, nor did I find any extras. The room looked worn and was not particularly attractive, but it had plenty of room and met basic needs for lodging. I stayed two nights. The "take and go" breakfast was quite modest. I needed to check out early on a Sunday morning. I could not find anyone at the desk to talk to before I left. I tried to call the office later that morning and received no answer at the desk.

Very dirty and the pillows were like rocks

My room was never cleaned it took 2 days to get all the pots and pans and dishes. There was a family above us that allowed the children to scream all day and night. I stayed 1 night then ended up having to pay for another room at a different hotel just to be comfortable.

Blah Hotel in Blah Neighborhood

Cons No Oven in room, not enough towels, strange staff, no cooking utensils or cookware in the room, took forever to check in, put on hold for forever, air conditioner finicky, dismal breakfast, coffee terrible Pros Decent heated pool, easy access, newly remodeled, plenty of parking, decent neighborhood

Worst Stay Ever

Cons: I would recommend an investigation for illegal activities, such as drug dealing and illegal bookings or reservations. Staff training & Security Staff
Location: Close to the 202 freeway. Eateries about 1 mile west from location. Surrounded mainly by residential.
I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes before I was even helped. Was questioned by front desk staff for stay reasons; felt like a criminal. Front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming; made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Homeless and gang members hanging around in the parking lots. Doors slamming and people screaming for a majority of the night. Room was dirty; dead roaches in the bathroom, gentile hairs in the shower, hot water smelt like sulfur and the bed comforters were dingy and dirty. When I asked front desk staff about places to eat... he told me to use my GPS on my smartphone.

New staff needed

Check in was very slow. The clerk didn't seem to understand what he was doing although I later found out he has been employed there for a while. He told me the room I reserved wasn't available and I'd have to downsize after which he left me standing in the lobby while he went in search of a room for me -- physically. Another man showed up and told the first man to give me the room I had reserved - which actually WAS available all the while. Once in the room I was not able to log on to wifi. I returned to the lobby to ask for assistance which was fruitless. The room was okay, although everything seemed like an afterthought. It was not very clean, as I found whiskers in the bathroom sink and spilled food on the kitchen floor. If I were in charge I would change many many things. This was my first stay, and possible my last. It seems they need better staff both in housekeeping and at the front desk! ! I was happier in the Motel 6 down the street which was (believe it or not) much classier. It's a shame because it has such potential:(

Inconvenience & sleepless

We arrived at the hotel expecting as our reservation said two twin beds. Instead we received one twin and a fold out. There were no linens for the fold out so we had to go back to the desk. We were told the sheets and blanket we were given although unfolded were clean but upon inspection we questioned this statement. The light outside our room was broken and buzzed all night like an alarm clock. In the morning we let the management know and requested the light be fixed. Upon returning in the evening we found the light still untouched and buzzing again through the night. Overall we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing the management. Two sleepless nights.

A very disappointing experience. We were told when reserving the room that there was 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. When we arrived at the airport we were informed that a shuttle service does not exist. Led to an extremely complicated situation for us so we had to cancel our reservation. We also were unable to receive clear directions.
