Nice location, but room problems.

This is probably one of the toughest reviews I’ve ever had to write. My wife and I are very frequent travellers and have pretty realistic expectations about what to expect.
Rather than just an overall review, I’m going to offer a few smaller reviews.
Location Review: A+. Can’t ask for better. Near ASU, right off the interstate, near restaurants and other attractions, but just off the beater path. The lot was well-lit and the outdoor grounds were nice, well maintained and attractive. We felt safe.
Staff Review: A+. We had a few challenges that I’ll describe later, but overall the entire staff was helpful, accommodating and gracious.
Common Areas Review: B. Fresh pain on most of what’s visible made the common areas quite acceptable.
Breakfast Review: C. We had no real expectations and weren't disappointed. Coffee was hot and ready at 6:00 AM. Breakfast consisted of a few granola bars, and packaged puffins as well as oatmeal. It was adequate. A suggestion to the facility: We would have loved to have seen coffee out all day as we were working remotely from the facility. Again, just a guest suggestion.
Wireless Review: A+. What more can I say? Strong connection all day. No drops. Unlike other facilities, we were not prompted to log in again ever day – a real convenience. Speeds were fine.
Fitness Facility Review: B. A bike an elliptical and a treadmill. I had the room to myself for an hour d day.
