I like the location of this hotel

I enjoyed my stay the staff is great the rooms could be cleaner. My shower kept shutting off

Nice hotel good staff

The staff was great the room was okay but the coffee table was not wiped down and the shower looked gross. There were people outside playing loud music all night.

Got to job done.

Pros: Good value. Could get needed supplies from desk.
Cons: Add more staff. Those working were overworked with many different jobs. Could do daily cleaning of the oudoors.
Location: Skully's sports bar great place and great food. Spenados pizza outstanding.
Was ok for what I needed. I am now just writing words to meet this requiremane

Dissapointment!

Ok room, way over priced! No saop shampoo, toilet paper and no cups. We had just checked in and my girlfriend had to go to the bathroom. Called the front desk for toilet paper and he said he'd be right up. 30 min later we left. Got back called again and they said they would be down in 15-20 min so I walked down and picked it up. Front desk person said I had to understand he'd been busy. I told him that's all he had to say in the beginning. Won't go back!!!

Our annual family vacation

Cons: Customer Service, Rooms being better cleaned, linens provided with a pull out couch and towels. Kitchenette items would have been helpful.
Our family takes one vacation a year. We were traveling with two young children. We knew we had a late flight into Sky Harbor, therefor we called Extended Stay several days before our departure to advise them of our late arrival/check in. We were instructed to call the day of our reservation. We called the day of our reservation and were advised to call when we arrive so they could open the door. Upon arriving at the property, we knocked and called the number provided with no response, after almost an hour, the front desk attendant opened the door. We were finally checked in around 12:30am. Upon entering our room, we instructed our young children to take a shower after a long day of traveling, only to find the soap holder completely broken off of the shower and no towels in the bathroom at all. Simultaneously we were prepping the pull out bed so that they could get to sleep, only to find no linens. My wife went back to the office, again with no response after knocking and calling several times. After several more minutes of trying the police arrived to the property with a complaint of disturbing the peace. After being harassed for almost an hour, they police were finally able to get the front desk attendant to respond and give us linens for the bed. The process which took almost two hours total with two young children. The customer service was terrible along with no utensils or anything in the kitchenette. The pool was dirty and tended to. The experience overall was terrible.

Not Up to Usual Standards of Extended Stay

Pros: Location to where we needed to be
Cons: A staff that actually works to keep the place maintained.
a) Staff wasn't sure the room was ready even though well past 3:00 pm when we checked in b) Only one person at the desk so a line developed at check-in c) A bit rundown it seems, trash cans often overflowing. d) A one week stay and only one day did we get room service e) Location made for a noisy night experience, especially on Saturday it seemed f) Hard to call it a breakfast when you can get coffee and a packaged muffin that you can purchase at any convenience store

Hard to book hotels in this area,

Pros: Staff
Cons: thicker doors,
Phoenix is very spread out with all the sub-divisions. we thought we were getting a hotel in phoenix, but it was 30 miles away from where we needed to be. came in the hotel to sleep and we could hear everything the next door guest were saying and their music due to the lock out door. very thin door! also smelled their, pot smoking. This was after a 14 hour drive, so to tired to deal with anything. Finally fell asleep and the someone woke me up by jumping on the floor above us several times, again not motels fault because we were too tired to get up and make a phone call. In the morning we went to the office and the staff was extremely nice and understanding

Pros: Very close to Wild Horse Motorsports Park
Met our needs for a stay away from home on a long weekend. It was crowded with the sofa bed opened but we managed.
