Next room was so noisy till midnight, place was dirty, bathtub faucet wasn’t working and leaking,carpet was dirty, front desk service was poor and etc.

The staff was unknowledgeable on a passport being a government issued ID, the elevator felt outdated old , small, made noise and the room was decent, however there were some questionable people lingering the hallways.

My room felt filthy, caked one food in corner of room, if you look under the bed it's full of crumbs and even trash was found. The shower is ok but bathroom has stained sinks and counters and we even found dog or some sort of animal hair on our beds (we sat down and animal hair would stick to us) and we had the worse allergies (considering we are severely allergic to animals. My 9 year old is covered in hives meaning the room was not properly cleaned. Very upset with stay and glad to be out.

While checking in the lady at the front desk flirted with my husband. The hotel stated that it was non smoking when we walked into the room it smelled like smoke the smoke alarm was pulled off it smelled horrible. The bed looked like they just re made the bed it was dirty. We decided not to stay there. We figured out a new place to stay. When I gave the key back to the front desk she just put her head down and didn’t say anything. The lobby was dirty and it just was an over all bad experience. I was scared to touch anything much less sleep on the sheets.

Not Worth the Money
The hotel is dated, and it shows. The room carpet was dirty, and the furniture was showing its age. The cleaning crew actually left some trash in the room. The only nice thing I can say about the facilities is the bathroom which actually fairly clean. Another nice thing is that it's located behind a couple of large shopping centers, so buying supplies or food was easy.

I checked in and the man at the front desk was wonderful. Upon entering my room I found that the carpet had not been vacuumed. There was garbage/ empty beer cans under the mattress of my bed. There was also poorly cleaned surfaces like the bedside tables and the tub was actually kinda gross. This hotel was just for sleeping for a few hours before heading to the airport. I was disappointed in the overall experience. Good location and again the staff was great.

The room was clean, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was is our room was on the 1st floor and the person above us was a heavy walker. The stomping was in the evening and then again around 5 in the morning. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

Clean, but very basic room -- in need of a redo. Bathtub faucet leaked non-stop (closing the door helped), and ceiling light above corner closet flickered (needed replacing). Bed was comfortable. Only a one-night stay, so was OK for the price.

What a dump , outdated everything, dog poop and cigarette butts spread all around the property carpet filthy walls need painting it’s just gross . Staff is excellent other than that I would say stay clear I’m now at a Sonesta down the street for 20 more a night & feel like I’m at the Ritz compared to this place .

It's needs some upgrades.
Shower faucet, was almost coming out of wall. I hate i had to get more towels up at counter everyday, plus they only gave me enough for 1 day. So i didn't like i had to go daily

No one there would give me info so I'm able to fin
They would not give me any info to be able to get my cat back. .All I needed from this hotel was the police report number so I'm able to track my cat an get her back. They told me that would not give me that info , now my life is even more affected because they have made it so i have no idea how to find her.and my wife will no longer talk yo me. She loved that cat more then she loved me.
