We tried to check in on Thursday Dec 7. We were told by 2 ladies at 10:45 pm that our reservation had been canceled due to their hotel being overbooked. The next day while working with hotels.com our agent talked with Jim and was told that they had several rooms available on Dec 7. We had to sleep in our car because we could not find another hotel. BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Liked: We stay at this location at least once a year. It's always reliable, convenient to what we need, reasonably priced, quiet, and well staffed. Disliked: The facility just seemed a bit more down-at-heel than previous years. The parking lot and outside entry area was dirty, littered with cigarette butts and sticky from spilled beverages and napkin/paper fragments. I stayed in room 316 and the room had a chest of drawers that was missing a drawer--just an empty hole, and another drawer that kept drifting open no matter how many times I closed it. There was also a live bug on the sheet the morning I left (I smashed him) -- don't know if it was a bed bug or not, but it was dark brown and the size of a large sesame seed! THAT was upsetting!

Our flight had been delayed so we arrived very late. Got to property at 11:30pm and told we had to wait possibly an hour because the system was running an audit. We got the room after about 20 minutes, had to back walk down because key didn’t work (which the front desk worker was nice enough to walk us up to make sure we could get in the second time). Entered the room to find a bug on the counter, the toilet wouldn’t flush and one of the beds sounded like it had a broken box spring; was crazy loud all night.

I was very unimpressed. It seams many who stayed here were possibly construction workers and some tracked a lot of dirt in on their shoes that did not get vacuumed up while we were there (2-nights). It says they have breakfast but that was a joke. Basically 3 kinds of granola bars and some instant oatmeal. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was OK so no problems there but if you want the room cleaned while staying there, it costs an extra $10 and the wifi also costs $6 per day to use. Look, I don't mind that the carpet in the hallway was worn down a lot in some areas, just keep it cleaned.

Filthy!!!
. No coffee maker in the room. It’s smells like cigarette smoke. Bed is like a rock. The bed smells musty and there is hair in it. The carpets are filthy in the room, as in the rest of the hotel. No toiletries other than hand soap.
