okay not great

The facility was okay, not crowded and close to large streets. We checked in to room 322 on Thursday - we quickly realized that the air conditioner did not work in the room. Fortunately, the woman at the front desk was accomodating and moved us to room 320 which worked fine. However, the TV did not work the entire time we were there. She explained to us that the hotel was changing cable providers and it was not completed on time. Not a HUGE deal, but should have been disclosed when we checked in and given an opportunity to change to another hotel.

We really do apologize for the local channels being out during your stay. Cox our provider changed their format leaving us with out the local channels for a few days.This change was to an extensive area not just our hotel. Cox said this would be overnight but it was longer. Again we apologize.
