Nice hotel

The hotel is very clean and smells fresh. The bed was very soft and comfortable.

Cons: Firmer mattresses.
The room had an interesting smell as if some sort of air freshener was used. The mattress was much to soft.

Great place

Pros: Clean, nice, tons of space, comfortable beds.
We came late night and found the place perfect. The room was very clean.

Nice Room but broken bed

Pros: Nice hotel.
Cons: The pool and spa were out of commission and the bed was wore out.
Location: Very nice location close to other high quality hotels
The Fairfield Inn in Mesa Arizona is in a nice location and is a nice hotel. One of the signature items in a Marriott is their bed. Unfortunately this bed was broken down and was needed to be replaced. I woke up with a sore back and had to move to the other side of the bed to finish my sleep.

Cycling AC...REALLY!?!?

Alright, if you need a place to lay your head. Definitely not on par with other Fairfield hotels. The self cycle (on and off) AC feature is a killer in temps over 100! Shame on you Fairfield, choosing money over customer comfort!

Good beds but noisy air conditioner.

Pros: The beds are great
Cons: Air conditioner noise
I had stayed at this motel a few times before, and really liked the beds. Very comfortable. This stay, the beds were still comfortable but the air conditioner was very noisy. The only reason I gave a 3 for the room comfort was because of the noisy air conditioner.

Hotel located close to where we needed to be

Hotel had the amenities needed for our stay. 2things not up to par. We had requested a roll away bed and never received it because someone had listed that we did. We did receive a reimbursement because of this at the end of our stay. Also the one and only elevator broke down on day 2 and we were on the third floor with a 50 # ice chest. They did assist in helping get it to our car when I asked. Breakfast was great and really helped with our teenage swimmer! All in all a good place
