The lobby area is beautiful and amazing. The pool area was nice. Super impossible to get a chair in the sun as people would not return towels when leaving and you don’t know what’s available or not. Needs more towel drop areas. Needs water stations! Waitress brought me food ( should be hot but was cold) and told me there were no napkins or silverware. I almost gave her the food back! lol! She found some! Room service food was in hallway for over 24 hours. Disgusting! Parking was easy and great! Close to room. Beds were really comfy. Housekeeping didn’t refill coffee or take dirty spoons away. Computer wasn’t working for electronic check out. Overall is in a great location, super great lobby, older rooms and it was overall pleasant. There was a clock in the room that tic- toc 24 hours a day. Kinda fun touch.

Gorgeous property. Such attention to detail. Restaurant was surprisingly good! Loved the lagoon lawn to enjoy a morning Spanish latte.

We went here for our honeymoon/babymoon. It was SO beautiful even my husband was shocked by how unique it was. It was like a little hidden oasis in the middle of Main Street. Staff were lovely, rooms were beautiful with a balcony. Food was good, pool was calm, quiet and relaxing. Night time was quiet and so relaxing with the boho chic vibes and fires. This is a MUST if you want to disappear from the world but be walking distance from the fun day and night life!

The property is very beautiful and in a wonderful location. It’s lacking in customer service. When you valet your car you shouldn’t have to go get it yourself. Also at the pool it shouldn’t take two hours to get a glass of water.

The Scott is centrally located and close to shopping and dining! I had a lot of options for dining out! The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Also it’s a very beautiful property with spacious rooms!

We only stayed one night. Impressions are that obviously the hotel was an older property. Ceiling heights in the hallways are only 7 feet high. The room are decorated nicely. The ground are incredible and we loved the environment and vibe.

I’ve been to this resort, many times for dinner, and hanging out by the pool, but this is the first time I stayed there! It was one thing after another, first, they didn’t have the room available that I booked with the lagoon view, which was way more money, so they put us in a pool view that was very bot private. And then we found out that we were attached to the presidential suite and could hear every single thing that was being said underneath the door. And then at the pool we rented a cabana for $250, there was a wedding, so the pool was filled with kids, and there was only one server, and she forgot multiple things, and our drinks took over an hour! And the cabana didn’t come with side, tables or anything. The food is excellent at the restaurant, and the ambience in the main area is amazing, I will definitely be back for that, but I will not stay here again for the price of the room and what you get it’s not worth it.

Had a great week here, staff were friendly and the outdoor area was lovely. There is construction going on in the pool area during the week but you could tell they were trying to keep the noise down. Tried the hotel bikes- they needed some love and so we brought them back after an hour. There is a great e-bike rental store- magnum a block away and we rented from there- great store. Noticed a nice new truck got stripped in the parking lot when we were there- wheels and tires were stolen- also some glass in parking lot where another cars window was broken so maybe some better security? Didn’t feel unsafe when we were here though.

The courtyard and lobby are very nice. The heated pool looked great also, although I did not get in. The best thing was the massage I got at the spa. The facility is not new and fresh. However our room (Queen x 2) and was spacious enough, clean enough, and had a balcony. I wish the fridge was not filled with the merchandise drinks etc, so we could use it for our own stuff. The closest grocery store is 15-20 minute walk. The old town and a huge mall is well in walking distance.

The Scott is a beautiful resort with great aesthetics. We really enjoyed the food, drinks, and outdoor areas. The lobby/bar area is outstanding for relaxing solo with a coffee or hanging with a group of friends having a drink. Would highly recommend.

Property is clean and beautiful. The attention to detail in the guest rooms was a very nice touch. Pools and lagoon are pretty with such nice evening lighting to compliment the surrounding fire pits. Surprised there wasn’t complimentary coffee in the lobby in the am. One staff member was behind the bar serving a line of people for coffee in paper cups and collecting payment. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable or concerned with basic questions about the property restaurant or availability in the business center.

We’ve been first time in 2021 and we liked the vibe of the hotel. It’s beautiful, cozy and aesthetic! This time we were passing by Scottsdale on our way to California, and decided last minute to stay two nights in. We enjoyed so much the pool, jacuzzi and also they have the best bed we’ve ever slept, like a real cloud!
