great locationPosted Nov 29, 2015
Location: shopping and restaurants very close, many golf courses very close, hiking is 5-10 minutes away.
Great service, breakfast was varied and always good, cocktail hour was a time we really looked forward to for drinks and snacks. One night we ate enough that nobody wanted dinner.

Great placePosted Sep 7, 2015
Pros: We liked everything.
Cons: Bar service earlier. Wife at pool..would have like a refreshment during daytime.
Location: Location was perfect. Close to freeway, shopping and food. Visited friends and was easy to get around.
Had to come to Arizona on business and brought my wife. They are close to shopping, restaurants etc. the pool was quiet and perfect for her. Loved the breakfast and hospitality hour in the evening. after a long day was nice to kick back and have refreshments and a snack. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

dog friendly upscale hotelPosted Aug 28, 2015
Pros: Its safe and quiet.comfortable bed
Cons: i was disappointed with some cleanliness.
Location: many upscale shops
I have stayed here before and it is centrally located to where I shop and visit my horses. quiet location. i had a glass of milk and when done left glass in sink. the next day when i came back after housecleaning was there i went to get a glass of water. i notice that the milk spot at the bottom of the glass was still there yet the glass was upside down next to the other glass indicating it was cleaned, yet it had not been washed. this reminds me of the news report of how glassware is not cleaned in hotels. It grossed me out

LOVELY!Posted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: Warm chocolate chip cookies upon check in! Awesome after a long travel day!
Location: Not far from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale shopping areas and restaurants.
The only hang up upon check in involved Expedia's mistake in our reservation. Luckily the front desk attendant quickly found us the room we needed and remedied the mistake. This hotel was very comfortable for our family of four (including two teenagers). We had a suite room with two queen beds. It was so nice to have the sitting area, the kitchen, and two comfortable beds. What really saved us was all of the food that is served for guests! The breakfast is above and beyond the normal hotel "free" breakfast. Every morning the standards were out and then there was a specialty item. In the afternoons/evenings, we were treated to a substantial "happy hour" buffet which really made our teens happy...a snack for them is something hot and filling and that's what we had! We also spent every evening at the pool. Even though the temperatures outdoors were high, the pool still felt nice. It's a big enough area to not feel crowded; lots of room to swim or enjoy time on a chaise lounge or at a table. The property is going through a remodel. The work being done was noticeable but never interfered with our stay. Good for them for upgrading! We had a great stay!

Great bang for your buck!Posted Aug 6, 2015
Location: Great location! Right next door to Grainey Ranch Village. Which has a ton of restaurants and shops.
Awesome place! They have a happy hour from 5-7 which was a craft bee from Flragstaff and wine. It also included food! 4 different pizza's, salad, antipasta, vegi's and ranch! And it was all good. They also have a full free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are really nice with full kitchens. They even upgraded our room for my husbands b-day to a patio which was really nice overlooking the pool.

Pros: The rooms and pool area and breakfast
Cons: Construction was being done in our hallway
Had a great stay. Had our room upgraded and were very happy. Left an item in my room and it is being sent fedex. Had a slight issue with our billing but promised to rectify in a few days. Great staff. Fun hotel.
