Asked for feather free room. We were given the pillows and the pillowcases by the front desk staff upon arrival. First time we’ve ever had to bring our own pillows up to our room. Tile in elevator was broken. Breakfast buffet and free parking were much appreciated.

Convenient hotel close to airport

The shuttle service was very responsive and friendly and the hotel staff was great. There were only a couple drawbacks: 1) if the stated queen sized beds are not double beds then I’m The Queen 2) the air conditioning was quite noisy . Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of choices. Overall it was good but not great.

Close to Chase Field

We had a problem with an alarm going on for about 3 hours that did not let us sleep. The staff was very nice about trying to fix the problem, but it took time.

run down and old feeling

The first room they had me in was a previous smokers room. Smelled terrible. I requested another room which then was next to the gym and off a main street. Needless to stay both rooms were very much sub par. I would have waited for another room to be clean but that wasn't an option. I have stayed in this brand before but this one hugely missed the mark. Will probably look at a new chain now. Staff acted like I was a burden to be there. Staff also didn't think my first room was smoked in. Im not an idiot. It smelled terrible. if you dont mind smoke, maybe it would be fine. Another guest checking in the same time I was came back down the same time and they had put him in a room that had not been cleaned from the previous clients stay. Staff not nice and rooms lack cleaning. Will be traveling back to this area but not this hotel. I suggest you find another place to stay as well.

Perfectly clean & a nice staff. It needs general updating. For an airport hotel, great.
