Great deal of traffic noise. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud and underpowered for room size. No utensils, dishes or glasses in kitchenette. A great deal of noisy early morning and weekend construction or remodeling. Pool is basically in the parking lot with no privacy or aesthetics.

Good for Pets

Pros: Great AC in triple digit weather.
Cons: Customer service in the lobby. No fleas would be nice.
Location: A few miles from ASU.
Although the hotel was fairly clean and the room was comfortable, I won't be returning here. My first room had fleas. When I reported it to the front desk, they said they would "see what they could do". When I arrived in the lobby with my belongings, the clerk muttered that they had sprayed the room, apparently for fleas, and that I should have brought a flea with me to show him. My replacement room was flea-free, but the walls are thin and so it was pretty noisy. The AC was amazing, as was the bed. I can do without fleas in my room, so I am not going back.

Nice hotel next to busy street

Pros: Staff was exceptional....they were professional
Cons: Provide some shade in pool area
Location: Area centralized and close to restaurants and Mall.
Smell of fresh paint was a discomfort. VOC order Very strong. Toilet seat rocked. Bathroom door lock handle did not work. Paint splatters behind bathroom room door. King size bed not secured..needs more attention to secure properly.

Not good at all

When we first arrived to our room the fridge was broken and was leaking all over the floor. We walked in the room and there were towels all over the floor to soak up the water. We went down to tell the person at the front desk and instead of coming up or having someone else come up to maybe clean it or take a look at it he just handed us towels and told us to clean it up. We then asked to be put in a new room and the guy started to curse about the maids. The new room we were put in to though was alright. I just wish we could have relaxed right when we got there instead of cleaning up their mess and having to deal with moving all of our stuff back out of the original room to the new room. Over all this was not my ideal stay i wish i wouldnt have wasted my money on this hotel.

Let down, no food, no pool

Cons: more attentiveness for the breakfast that was a huge reason for our choice and it was always empty
We walked in and all you could smell was paint fumes, which is great doing renovations, understand but it was a bit overwhelming. Staff was great very nice and very happy, even the housekeeping staff was great and nice as well. First though the pool was tiny, we were looking forward to a sit in the pool and spa but there was about 6 people in the pool and that took up the whole pool, a very deceiving picture from the ones posted not a place to go swim in very small, repeat very small. So that was a bummer for us no pool time in 105degree weather. Rooms were ok, nothing special, nothing bad, nice and cool AC nice comfortable beds. Woke up got down to breakfast smelled great, NO food left and there was still over an hour left to serve, there was line of about 6 people in front of us, and your choice was cereal (2 out of 4 were empty and dry no more milk) toast with no butter or jelly that was gone, no eggs, no bacon, no potatoes just empty pans, there was pancakes but that was almost empty and would have taken up 15 mins or longer to wait our turn just to make if there was any batter left guessing there wasn't. We got on the elevator with a housekeeping person and were discussing the disappointment she said she would go cook because the lady that does the breakfast wouldn't ask for help, or something I don't know how long it took to make more food but we didn't wait we left and went to find our own. I booked this room for the food and pool was a let down.

I expected a nicer hotel with the Wyndam name on it. While the room was spacious the property was run down. They were doing work on rooms on the original floor given but the entire floor smelled like chemicals. They were accommodating and moved us to a different floor.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Although I brought to the front desks attention they merely said sorry and moved on. The towels had hole in them and were frayed.
