I stayed there with my dogs as it os pet friendly. The hall to get to the room smelled terrible, not smell like dog poop or pee, but a very penetrating bad smell overall. The room itself didnt look good. Extremely outdated. The microwave smelled bad. The carpeted area looked dirty and disgusting. Im thi king all the outdated not well cleaned rooms are given to all "pet friendly" customers. It was so bad, I got there almost at midnight and was gone by 6a.m. I paid here double of what I paid for a night in a not bra d name random hotel that was 100 times better than this. Overall, extremely disappointed and will not recommed to anyone.

It was fine for immediate needs. Limited options for dining. Dated rooms. Most concerning was the guest added cost for parking recapture fee of $4.21. Evidently the HGI hotels charge a fee to every guest, regardless if they have a car or not.

Nice place. I stayed here for 8 days and it was good. Hot tub was really nice . Heat the pool and it would be a home run

The property was fine. It was annoying that the huge Mongol biker club took up every front row parking. My mother is elderly and is too stubborn to get a handicap placard, she struggles walking long distances. So I would drop her off in the front and go park. It was especially annoying that the biker crew parked their motorcycles on the side walk, I guess he ran out of front row parking...

I booked a room from Jan 1-2 and when I tried to check in they didn't have the reservation. The person at the front desk had to create it I suppose and then they charged me twice for one night. When I asked about the charge at check in the front desk (different person) said it was a charge for an extended stay. I did not extend my stay I had already paid for that night. Bad experience won't be doing business with this company ever again.

We had an easy check in. The lady who served breakfast was friendly, offered to help and made breakfast pleasant. Xchecking out was easy. Everytime we stay at this Hilton we enjoy staying there

Honest Review based upon two overnight stays, two
Jake, an assistant manager was GREAT!!! Jake, upon request, was able to provide us with extra pillows that we needed to sleep comfortably. Steve was very pleasant as well. We stayed at the hotel one year prior and noted the facilities seemed to need a "tune-up", painting and deep cleaning. Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the Keurig and two complimentary K-cups. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The TV options were nice as well.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for anyone to come up to the front desk to check us in. The room was alright, a little bit on the rundown side of things. Scratches on doors and just not kept up as well as you would hope. It was decent to spend one night in though.
