Close to venue

Staff was very friendly, hotel itself was clean, room was clean. Shower head was the only negative thing about the entire stay.

Convenient

I stayed here due to proximity to Sky Harbor and 24-hour shuttle service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was comfortable and excellent service.

Convenient hotel for PHX airport

Check in process was straightforward and simple. Inquired about long term parking and the rates were very reasonable.

Great for airport, but been to nicer HGInns

Pros: Airport shuttle service
Cons: Think we just got last room people wanted. Handicap accessible, but if not handicapped, annoying. Entire window view was building's HVAC system.
Location: Typical airport environs. Lots of other hotels on a strip. Nothing of note.
This hotel was really great about airport shuttle service when we arrived in the middle of the night, and when we needed to go back to airport next morning to get rental car. Our room wasn't very desirable though. Loud heat/air unit, handicap accessible but didn't need this so actually an annoying setup. Ugly view: building's HVAC system took up our entire window. Just kind of a depressing room. But it worked for a place to stay after late night flight.

No vending machines Replaced coffee pot with Keurig machine so couldn't get hot water to prepare what I wanted Nice, friendly shuttle drivers

Nice hotel close to the airport

Room was nice, unfortunately they didn't follow their checklist. The tube was clogged. We were there only one night and we communicated this issue to the receptionist and I hope they address it.

Nice hotel for overnight stay

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff!
Location: close to the airport and hospital
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a safe place to run in the area and had the shuttle take me and pick me up.
