Nice Hotel Close to DowntownPosted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: Location. Staff. Room was excellent with a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, desk and comfy chair.
Cons: Noise of AC unit on top of the lobby. Very, very loud the first night.
Location: Right near downtown and lots of great restaurants. Try Fame for breakfast. Museums, zoo, botanical gardens, walking downtown.
Really liked this hotel. We've tried several in the Phoenix area as our daughter lives in downtown Phoenix and we visit occasionally. Room is clean, well equipped and up-to-date with amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking states that it is $10 per day but when we asked the front desk, they gave us several cards to use so that parking was free. If we hadn't asked, we'd have paid for parking! Probably should have been told that up front. Also, the first night the air conditioner was LOUD...not our air conditioner, the AC for the whole complex. We happened to face the pool on the fifth floor of the west tower. No problem, except the AC unit is on the roof of the lobby/restaurant/etc. Although I am not usually bothered by noise, it was loud enough to bother me while trying to sleep. The next day we saw people working on it and it was relatively quiet after that so I can't speak to whether this happens on a regular basis or not. Otherwise, we would stay here again. Very clean, very nice, great staff.

Nice, central hotelPosted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly, and professional. The location was great. The pool/spa area was very nice.
Cons: The parking situation needs to be improved. Its close but confusing. It has a weird layout. Its was far to my room. Allow people to check in earlier.
Location: Great central location, lots of restaurants, attractions, museums, and light rail transit.
Overall I had a positive experience. Nice, central location, safe, and clean. The parking was to far from the room towers.

DissatisfiedPosted Sep 14, 2015
The air conditioning was inadequate and an extra fan had to be requested. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bed control did not work.

Nice hotel. Good location. A little hard to find as it has a N Central address but is not on N Central.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, and it had a really cool pool! There was a gym, a big store, and a smaller store for your essentials. There was great customer service and the room came with a Keurig! Great location. Love it.
