This hotel was lovely and very quiet, especially considering the proximity to the airport. The breakfast buffet is worth the cost and my room was huge! The only sour note was an evening desk attendant with a severe attitude, but to be fair, he was a little busy. However, that is no excuse for rudeness. Overall, it's a great hotel, and it was a pleasant stay.

There was no hot water in the shower. After plane delays due to a blizzard a hot shower was what I was looking forward to……no such luck. Had todo a quick one, while freezing. Told the front desk as I checked out. No I am sorry, take money off bill, etc. Very poor for a Hilton

Hospitality and service was amazing.
We need a hotel on the fly due to our flight home being canceled. We were expecting just a bed and a pillow but we received so much more. Outstanding hospitality. Great service in the restaurant. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. Far exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

RTC free shuttle to the airport, 5 minutes away, every 30 minutes. Quiet room with quiet central a/c. Big, comfortable clean rooms. Quick and competent front desk service. It’s Phoenix, so no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel restaurant and bar were just fine. About perfect for a layover stay. 4.9 stars from me.
