I liked my stay over at Hilton Phoenix Chandler because the staff was very friendly and very helpful with organizing my hotel room whenever requested. The overall atmosphere was great and I would definitely recommend to someone looking to book their stay in Chandler, AZ.
what a wonderful stay...beautiful hotel...wonderful room, food options....staff was totally fantastic. Central location to many options. Would HIGHLY recommend this fabulous property.
I had a mediocre experience with Hilton.
The staff was rude and did not answer any questions about the hotel, they told me to “check online” and do research. Never had this type of experience with any other hotel’s staff. My room was right next to the heater system, which was very loud at night and it was hard to sleep.
The property and the room itself was clean and looked like it was cared. Bathroom supplies were abundantly provided. Room details were great and easily accessible light switches.
The electric car charger on site was down and did not work even after paying through the app.
The door to the room took full body force to open and close. Very hard for senior citizen and unsafe because it took me a day to realize it wasn't closing when i left the room.
Location is close to the 101 or 201. A block from target and fashion place mall. Hospital is 2 blocks east. Love this area.

On the last night they used a torn comforter that was puffing out feathers. They did not have anyone to help to change the comforter. The front desk said they did not have an extra one. They had to get one from a different room. That made us sleep so late and we had a morning flight
I took some pictures of the comforter that was torn. The experience more so the last night was not worth what we paid for.
The water had been turn off n was not informed at the time of check in. The TV had to be disconnected n reconnect before it would start. We did not ask for a handicap room but end up in that room. Taking a shower water running all over the bathroom. Poor communication at front desk and with stay at this place again. No refrigerator or microwave.....
While the front desk staff was exceptional— on the day of my check out Monday morning I had a very unpleasant experience with the kitchen staff at the restaurant.
I had 2 paid breakfast tickets and had come downstairs a little late. The buffet was still out and open and there were other patrons sitting still. I started making the breakfast plates and the server on duty was hostile told me I couldn’t eat and began taking the food off the buffet rushing it into the kitchen.
It was a very uncomfortable feeling and as a frequent patron I’ve never felt more humiliated. That level of treatment simply doesn’t match the brand. I spoke to the manager who said he was sorry, would refund the breakfast, and let the food service manager know about the incident.
It was clean and everyone was very friendly. It is a walkable distance to chandler fashion center but you have to cross a bridge and walk in a lot of traffic. It’s across the way from the fashion center. But the pool looked really nice.
Had a large balcony and options for food and drink onsite. Comfy bed! You had to request clean towels and daily cleaning, didn’t like that, also no safe in room.
