Nice hotel 10 min from stadium

The staff was great! Room was comfortable. Quiet except for the neighbor's slamming their door. But outdoor pool needed to be cleaned - lots of little bugs and leaves inside.

Room freshly renovated clean, smartly furnishished

Pros: Room furnishing, breakfast, staff, location
Cons: Construction noise, although it was only mid-day, and my freshly renovated room was exceptional (construction had purpuse).
Location: Arrowhead Shopping area (huge) and Sports Complex.
Very kind staff, gregarious. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional. Even included biscuits and gravy. Hotel was partly under construction... good and bad... good because my room felt brand new, bad only because there was some noise on other floors mid-day. I will be a regular here now.

Overall comfortable, except for poor sink drainage

Typical room did contain refrigerator (and maybe microwave?). Breakfast is typical for this chain: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patty, pancake machine, pastries, cold cereals. My only complaints were the slowly draining shower and very slowly draining sink (there were times that I washed my hands in the tub because the sink filled with water so quickly). I complained on my way out, and staff appeared to take note.

Even though they are remodeling. Which looked to be almost finished. The hotel was great. Very comfortable beds. Loved having a fridge, microwave and coffe pot in my room. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon, oatmeal bar, pancakes, fresh fruit lots of choices. Customer Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

The room was terrible!!!!!! I wondered if we got this room was because of where I booked it> do you have a awful room set aside for ppl who book through Hotels.com? Eggs didn't taste good and in the morning the supervisor was getting after and employee and going as far as saying" i don't want to hear your stupid excuses" I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel needs some TLC and attention to detail. We've experience far better quality and service at other Holiday Inn Express.

It is not a Holiday Inn at all

Terrible! It is not a Holiday Inn Hotel/Express standard at all. It is old, dirty and smells. Should not be listed for 3-star!!
