The girl at check in was really great and sweet, the rest of the stay was not good. Gross dirty tub, very loud at night, I could hear the people in the next room all night and they were also loud in the hallway. And no hairdryer, for that price there should have been a clean tub and a hairdryer.

Pool was awesome! Free breakfast & coffee was convenient and nice. The shower could’ve used a DEEP clean.. but the bed was super comfortable. Overall good location and stay.

The breakfast was very limited and not good. Coffee was bad. No dining on site. Location wasn't that great. Close to a mile walk to anything. Pool and hottub were pleasant. For nearly $400 per night I expected better.

Front desk staff is very nice & goes out of their way to help. You do need to request room cleaning or they wont come to your room at all. Walking distance from Footprint Center, Chase Field, Roosevelt Row and easy access to highway. Within 15-20 minutes driving to other sights such as Botanical Garden, Zoo, and more. Plus local tour groups will pick you up right in front of hotel. Beds are so cozy. Easy parking. Good free morning breakfast, simple but good options.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Every staff member we spoke with was very nice. The breakfast was awesome. The lady who prepared the breakfast was so nice and she always made sure the buffet was stocked with hot food. We got the room with the spa tub. IT WAS AWESOME. Will definitely stay there again.

Besides for the homeless population around the area, everything was good. Inside the room was clean but carpet appeared to be dusty. I requested if it can be clean but no one came. When I went to front-desk to ask what happen, no answer was given and front desk personnel did not provide an answer or even look at me when I inquired about cleaning the carpet. Felt very much neglected. Dont know why.

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good bar and restaurant options are plentiful in the area just north of the hotel, very walkable and safe.
