The hotel was full of bikers who rode loud motorcycles through the parking lot until 3AM. It was impossible to sleep.

The only issue- my wife is short, ie short legs. The king bed in our room was high enough off the floor that my wife couldn’t get in/or out of the bed. We had to get a stepping stool from the front desk so she could get in and out of the bed. But the bed was very comfortable for sleeping

The week stay was very good and will come back. The only thing I can think of that negetive was the traffic noise outside was wuite loud at times.

Like the property, clean, nice breakfast, close to shopping, quiet however, housekeeping never cleaned the room. Had to call down for fresh towels. No offer to make price adjustment, and given the price per night, I feel they should have offered monetary instead of a “sorry about that”!

At least one elevator was always out of service and the second was really slow and stopped working at one point. This is not a good thing for people who cannot take the stairs. Key cards stopped working everyday I was there and I would be locked out of my room and need to get new cards reissued.

Area of town seems ok. Clerks had a line for check-in but moved very quickly. Clerks were not overly friendly, but helped me with anything that I needed.

Room was clean and spacious. Moderate size buffet breakfast provided daily was appreciated. Fitness room quite small, adequate for 2 or 3 people. Hotel is across the street from a large mall, very convenient.

1st thing the sink was clogged. 2nd the toilet kept running water all night kept me awake. 3rd fire alarm went off at 2:30am they never reset the elevators had to walk down the stairs. Will never stay here again. They are letting this place go down hill. And it shows.

The hotel is fine other than location. It sits on a busy corner and you will hear loud cars and sirens late into the night if you’re in a street facing room.

Main issue is that the front desk struggled to get a simple two day extension processed correctly. Got wrong days and number of days. Spent a long time at checkout getting things corrected. Also, seemed to be a defect in the vanity faucet. If left just slightly open, the water dripped back from the spout onto the counter and then dripped on the floor. Caused the floor to get wet and even leak into unit below when we are out for the day. Room was reasonably clean. The pool and hot tub are in a noisy area and the hot tub was not quite 100 degrees. Breakfast was significantly better than other comparable hotels.

Love this hotel! The room was spacious, facilities clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I appreciated the free breakfast, pool and hot tub, and the easy free parking. The beds were comfortable and i wish I could have stayed longer.
