AC in room wasn't working.

Pros: It was clean
Cons: Offer better pillow selections like some other chain hotels . The pillows were too soft and both my wife and I had sore necks from the soft pillows.
Location: It was OK
AC wasn't working in the room. Called staff to fix they couldn't fix it. The desk clerk offer a new room, but after a while I was able to get it running.

Service was friendly but average. The door handle didn't work well and the shower head was broken making it difficult to take a decent shower.
