The front desk person was not competent and it took 45 minutes to check us in. There was no sheet on one of the beds and nobody answered to help. The shower flooded after 5 minutes. Parking lot did not feel safe. The wallpaper was scraped off the walls in several places.

Staff came dropped off bed sheets by throwing it on the coach and saying “I am tired,” and left completely rude and disregarded that I may need assistance. Front desk was great. Extremely small bathroom- if you are tall or a little bit over weight, no offense- but you will barely fit here.

It's much older than I expected and the elevators are actually outside and you walk along an exterior hall to get to your room - I would not have booked this hotel if I'd have known that.

Burger Theory was a great option for dinner and it was connected to the hotel. Hotel was nice and rooms were clean I’d stay again if the opportunity comes along.

House keeping not thorough, I had to request multiple times for our room to be cleaned, and when they cleaned, they weren’t good. Trash not taken out, tables, sinks counters not cleaned, things not picked up. Television not working, had to ask twice to be fixed, even when it was fixed it was still not working well, maintenance guy said he would bring a new remote and we never heard from them. Restaurant: It was great that kids ate free but staff were not consistent on how many kids and when they ate free, sometimes we got charged, other times one kid ate free and other times two of them ate free. It was so inconsistent. Front desk not welcoming, they don’t explain how things work at check in, when I called for house keeping services, the front desk told me she did not work in housekeeping and didn’t know the procedure if we were to be serviced, she advised I leave a msg for a housekeeping supervisor (omg), I have to ask for her supervisor to get me more information. I travel quite often and honestly I was very disappointed in this hotel.

The room is spacious and clean, but the bathroom was not in great condition. The roof above the shower was peeling from being wet and there was a hole in the paint so it looked really bad.

Convenient location to Phoenix airport. Lots of homeless walking along the busy noisy street (44th st). My first floor suite had a musky/mildrew smell.

Great Hotel that doesn’t break the bank! There are a few homeless people down the street but they really weren’t in the area of the hotel. But overall great hotel!

The property was beautiful overall, a very nicely run hotel. However, there were no USB ports in the room and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was disgusting, brown water I believe. I was forced to purchase a $20 breakfast just to have a good cup of coffee. The area around was a bit rough. I know real estate bear the airport is cheaper but this was on a whole new level.

I thought the breakfast was included, it wasn’t. The desk had no staff in the evening when I tried to call down. For the price I won’t stay there again. It was clean and safe. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly.

Spacious, clean, great!
My wife was traveling back home and stayed along with my sister in law and her family. They loved it how big the rooms are and how big and clean everything was. Very different to an Holiday Inn Express which is what we usually book. Very recommended.

Very nice!
Very nice and comfortable rooms. Check in & check out was very easy. The only draw back was that the elevator was down for a couple days, but we were only on the 2nd floor. Road noise is to be expected on he road side.

I was really frustrated about their breakfast. We travelled as a family of 5. I added breakfast for 2 as this was the only option when I made the booking. When I checked in I asked front desk about the breakfast for the remaining 3 of us. They charged me additional $20 for the 3rd adult and said the kids are free ( 12 and 10 years old). The next morning, the restaurant staff mentioned they only had 2 people listed for breakfast and they needed to charge us for the rest of three ($16.95 per person). I had to go back to talk to the front desk and they said they forgot to notify the restaurant our room should include breakfast of 3. So at the end the restaurant charged us additional $18.42. So just for the breakfast for 5 of us, I paid $10 when booking + $20 when checked in + $18.41 at restaurant = $48.41. Very frustrated!!

Comfortable enough
Our stay was a typical hotel stay. The bed was comfortable and we had lots of room. The shower needs some work. When you pull the knob up for the shower only half of the water went through the shower head. The rest of it kept coming out of the bath nozzle and the tub didn’t drain quickly so I was standing in several inches of water. The decor was a bit outdated and they seemed short staffed. The bar was not open the entire time we were there. The outdoors fire pits were cute and kids were in the pool and hot tub, so that looked like a nice time.

While the property itself was modern and nice, the hotel was clearly overbooked for what staff could handle. The television did not work, and no one came to repair it upon request. The room did not have towels or pull-out bed linens, and the front desk clerk admitted that there was only one housekeeper on staff for the entire hotel. Last, and worst, we had cockroach nymphs in the room. Disappointing experience.
