Great staff and service, clean room, we really liked the layout of our king room. Fairly decent breakfast. Being from Vancouver, British Columbia, it was the first time I’ve ever seen chili being served for breakfast, We opted out on the Chili. Some minor road type construction taking place at the front of the hotel. Other than that, every was spectacular, including the price point.

Staff is terriffic and freindly, Manager Kaleigh and front desk Ian and Joseph were very atttentive. My only issue was that housekeeping appeared to only make up the beds when we checked in, as there were items left behind on the floor and in the drawers from previous guests. We were switched rooms, and Kaleigh handled the situation with the upmost professionalism.

My first impression was how nice it smelled when I arrived to check in. Or room was clean and spacious. My only critique is that our window was a bit off track, so it didn’t close all the way. Not a huge deal to us. We called the front to let them know and just asked for a few extra towels to place on the windowsill (ni need for a maintenance guy…it was a Saturday). They can have it fixed now that we’ve checked out.

As soon as we walked in staff was friendly and checked us in right away. The complimentary breakfast was perfect! Overall we enjoyed our stay .

The property requires some fixing, the fixtures appear clean to the eye but when you start there you turn the knob to the water in the bathroom sink and it’s mildew around the base that should be clean. The bed stand around the bottle edge are coming off therefore scratching you as you go along the bed. The breakfast needs at least to ppl on busy days we wait a long while for coffee, eggs milk to be refilled and if you get there at 940 they don’t refill the waffle batter because it takes 15 mins to make and sit. They should always have a back up.. you use out the next day! Just over all not the best stay

We have stayed here a number of times over the year and always really enjoyed our stay. This last time we were there, and even maybe a little time before, we’re definitely seeing it go downhill. The breakfast options aren’t as great as it used to be. Housekeeping didn’t come while we were there, we were there for three days. we went to go and pull the chain for the ceiling fan and it pulled the ceiling fan almost right out up the ceiling. They did not have maintenance on site while we were there and because it was unsafe we needed to move rooms. Which is a bit of inconvenience as we were checking out the next day. All in all it is great to have two bedrooms in a kitchen in the living area but they need to do some upkeep to make it a little better. Also, this was our second time being there when the hot tub was not working.

It is a nice property, however, the leadership needs to be more involved in auditing brand standards, hiring genuinely hospitable people, and providing better training. Housekeeping is poor with no focus on "attention to detail".

I like that it's nice and small only 3 levels. No waiting at the elevator. Easy access to freeway and close to stores. And also the 24 hour Whataburger and Circle K mini mart across the street. It saved us when we got to hotel at 230am. Was able to get food and water.

We were denied a one hour early check in. The room smelled like fish from previous guests dinner. Bathroom door hit toilet when opened. Just not up to standard and certainly not worth what we paid for the night.

The toilet seat was loose, the front of the toilet had urine stains, hair in the shower. The bathroom door frame paint was flaking from rust. Plugged in my phone next to the nightstand and the power strip had a years worth of dust buildup, same with behind the TV. The furnace air register looked like it had not been wiped for just as long. Overall cleanliness was subpar.

Very friendly. They checked in on me twice to ask how my stay was. When we needed more pool towels, he handed them to us and left additional. Food was excellent and very friendly and helpful service. Great hotel. Comfortable beds. Very spacious accommodations. Highly recommended.

Parking Fee BEWARE
Hotel charges $15/night just to park. There is no benefit of parking at their hotel. It is not like we are at a vegas resort or near anything special where parking is a premium. Simply the hotel is making up for a lower rate room by gouging their guests with a parking fee. They pretty much got you since you find out about it at check in. Super lame and lost my future business.

The toilet handle was broken we found out, it stayed down when we flushed and then water leaked onto the floor while we were out of the room. Had to make sure that we pushed the handle back up every-time. The shower gel bottle was just above the fill line out first day, we were too busy to get someone to refill so I had to buy my own shower gel. The AC said check air filter, the curtain and the wall by the vent were all brown and I had called ahead asking for a second clean as my daughters have allergies. The renovation was taken place but they didn’t even cover holes that were from previous items on the walls. Disappointed with the quality.

It was ok just had some minor issues
It was nice and quiet. Only bad thing was that i reserved a suite with 2 room. Didn't end up getting it instead they gave us 2 separate rooms which didn't work for my family but we didn't have another choice. Also its bizarre that they charge $15 for parking. Breakfast was great. Had to use the next door hotel pool because ours was going to be cleaned. The pool we used was way dirtier.

Staff at check in was exceptional! She greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She was extremely welcoming which made a long journey to the hotel refreshing. The pool was an awesome amenity to have access to as well. It was clean and open at convenient times. The location of the hotel was extremely accessible to the main freeways, shopping, and food. Only 15 minutes away from airport as well so definitely convenient. I highly recommend this place when visiting Arizona.
