It is located right in the heart of the gallery district. Closest hotel to the major galleries (all walking distance). It is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, but room was comfortable. Definitely worth it for price and location (other nearby hotels were two and a half times the price). Panera restaurant across street, local Mexican place next door (not too fancy), plus more upscale options within a few blocks. Large sink outside bathroom also has a microwave and fridge. No closet, just a bar with hangers on the end of the sink area (also ironing board). Breakfast was basic, but they had a bowl of oranges and apples which is nice because I really like an orange (or grapefruit) with breakfast. Eating area is in the small lobby, very few tables, yet I had no problem getting a seat.
