Huge, updated, clean hotel room next to everythingPosted Oct 6, 2015
Staff were friendly and accomodating. Even offered a tour of hotel. Hotel has 4 floors. Next to freeway but quiet. Rooms are great size w/ sectional sofa. Free hot/cold breakfast daily 7a-10am. Free self parking in front of hotel. Near everything such as freeway exit, cheap gas, mall, roller coasters, and lots of restaurants. A/C stayed on 10 degress higher than temp you set, turned on and off constantly. Might be an issue for summer stay. Other than that, highly recommended hotel. 15 mins fr baseball park and football stadium.

It was prefect for mePosted Sep 21, 2015
I stay there for two nights and three days. The hotel staff was super friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was decent. The freeway is next this hotel but the noise didn't bother me. (If your light sleeper just asked to be moved to the other side) overall I was please with the service and the hotel. They do have a fitness facility but it only has two treadmills and one elliptical. Would have liked to have free weights but the room is pretty small.

Great hotelPosted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: It was clean, had great amenities, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, it has a modern look to it, and great complimentary breakfast
Cons: Sink and bathtub draining. My sink drained slow and I saw that someone else had complained of a slow draining bathtub, but other than that nothing!
Location: Location was great. Right next to the freeway, plenty of restaurants nearby
I was so impressed by this hotel. I wasn't sure how nice it would be for how inexpensive it was, but it exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were nice and spacious, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the amenities (like a cafe/bar serving Starbucks, pastries, and both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) were amazing! I have been to far more expensive hotels and was shocked at how much they charged for everything. Nothing was complimentary and the little things you could purchase cost a fortune compared to what it was actually worth. This hotel, on the other hand, provides everything you could need and more (unless, of course, you are looking for a resort style setting). Anyways, if you are looking for a nice place to stay without the high prices, this is definitely a good choice.

Nice hotel close to the college campus.Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Location, price, and comfort.
Cons: Add security cameras and security patrol at least during graveyard shift to discourage theft.
Location: Close to the college campus, restaurants, and shopping centers.
Overall we had a pleasant time at the hotel, our room was clean and comfortable, nice hotel amenities, and excellent staff. However, some of our personal property was stolen from our trailer overnight. The hotel staff was very considerate and compassionate and assisted with contacting local police and filing a report. The manager was extremely supportive throughout and experience was good considering the circumstances.

Loud Hotel.Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: The week day breakfast and midday staff.
Cons: replace the windows, get rid of powder eggs, need to have the morning staff clean the tables more often.
Location: We did not do much near by.
The hotel staff during the midday was nice. David was excellent. The morning staff just one morning did an excellent job. The room was noisy. We stayed on the third floor next to the ice machine and we could hear it reload. At night we could hear the freeway traffic. It was Phoenix, so if you did not run your a/c the room got hot real quick. The a/c was right next to the second bed. So if you slept right next to the a/c you were freezing for most of the night. The bathrooms were small and had hardly any light. The week day breakfast was great the Saturday morning powder eggs were as my daughter said gross. The work out room was okay it had some cardio equipment, but was pretty warm. The pool was nice as there hardly seemed to be any kids staying there, mainly used in the morning. The room was a little unclean we found some bugs the first night and hair in the tube a few nights later. The beds we got were pretty narrow too.
