Nice hotel, but lots of things are inconvenient.

The location is close to everything downtown. Unfortunately, there were more bad experiences than good.
1. PARKING SUCKS. There is no designated parking for hotel guests only. You are sharing it at cityscape, where it is open to the public, residents and hotel guests. Plus, regardless of which structure you would park, there is some distance just to get to the hotel. If you want to shell out $30 for valet services, feel free, it's not that much of a difference of $23+ dollars for self parking. Warning, if there is an event going on in the area, good luck!
2. Staff were a little unsure a few things. They claimed as a hotel guest, parking was complimentary. I asked 2 different people behind the front desk and they both stated that parking was complimentary. I questioned that, as I read elsewhere that it wasn't, but it came from the horse's mouth, so why correct them? Well, it is not and I paid $27 dollars while parking in a cityscape structure that they claimed would free. They stated that if there were any issues, call them. Guess what?! I called and no one answered for 10 minutes. So, I paid the $27 out of pocket because I was tired of waiting.
Recommendation, if you have no car or rental car and all you have to do is walk or you'll have people in the area that can bring you around, this place is great.
If you are driving, there are lots of hotels in the vicinity that would be better and convenient. Save the headache!

Thank you for reaching out, I am very sorry about the parking challenge you encountered while with us. By no means is this the norm but I know we had an opportunity to rectify this for you and the fact that we missed on that is truly disappointing. I hope have the chance to welcome you back and I will be sure you see the parking adjustment reflected back. All the best.
