Had 3 rooms booked for the weekend upon arriving our "3pm" check in wasn't allowed until 5:30 and although in town for a Veterans Day ceremony had to change in the car as our speaking engagement was for 6pm at another location. As Veterans highly disappointed and insulted to be offered $10 discount off our bill of over $750 for the inconvenience. Only to find hairs in the bed,sink,and bathroom and having to leave one room while they reclean it and then being given a additional.... wait for it. $5 more off.

Keith - we're very sorry to read of your disappointment. As we explained to you when you arrived, the delay was due to the hotel moving from one sold-out evening to another. We understand that this is not your problem, hence the discount offered as a means of apology. We do hope you will consider us for your future travel needs.
