Wake up call never came

I requested a 3:30 am wake up call (due to an early flight). The front desk agreed to make the call but it never came. Very disappointing service.

Adequate hotel close to Denny's

My husband, son and I stayed here for 7 days while visiting the Phoenix area and we were a bit disappointed overall. The bathrooms were very outdated with not much room to close the door when using the facilities. The housekeepers took their time cleaning the rooms and sometimes didn't even clean them daily. The one day the housekeeper forgot to come and we had a bunch of dirty diapers so I put them in a plastic bag and left them directly outside our door. The one housekeeper was pushing her cart by and instead of picking it up pushed her cart over it and ran over everything...I was not impressed. Then the next day I had to phone and ask if our garbages could be taken out as we had more dirty diapers and the room was starting to smell. Eventuallu someone came but again they took their time. Another thing that would have been nice would be garbage bags in the garbage cans. We also would have liked a visitors reference guide in the room detailing certain restaurants/ fun things to do when in the area. We would recommend that anyone staying here rent a vehicle as it's not really close to anything. If you want to take the light rail you have to get the staff to shuttle you to a convenience store close to the light rail. There is a bus stop within walking distance to the hotel but obviously it only comes every 20 ish minutes so it takes way longer! The breakfast was very nice and there were lots of options! The staff were friendly and accommodating!

Good central location

Pros: The price was reasonable and the location central to everything.
Cons: Bath upgrade. Better day to day cleaning. Concrete cleaning on walkways. New exterior paint.
Location: Close to airport, ASU, Chase Field.
Dated bath and toilet. Not particularly clean, but not filthy by any means.

Pros: Location, towels. bed.
Location: Easy access form the freeway. Denny's restaurant next to the hotel
Easy check in and checkout. Staff friendly, nice room, pretty good towels

The check in receptionist was very unpleasant, thre wmy credit card back to me!

Nice hotel close to the Grand Canyon.

Pros: Room was large, clean and newly decorated.
Location: The Grand Canyon is less than a mile away.
After a long day walking in the Grand Canyon, we were so comfortable relaxing and sleeping the the Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful, delicious and just what we needed to start another day at the Canyon.
