Pros: Bed was comfortable. Price was could. You pay for what you get.
Cons: Get some landscaping. It could use some trees and grass.
Location: This was older part of town. Not sure what to do. Much traffic.
I wanted a smoke free room, but it smelled of smoke. Mirror was cleaned with a dirty rag. You could see all the streaks. As if one rag was used to clean counter then mirror. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was old and that was obvious.

Clean and comfortable.

Toilet gets clogged easily and I wasn't told about 75 deposit for incedentials and get back 3 to 5 days after u leave. I think that should be told when reserving room. Other than OK clean and comfortable

Hotel getting worse

Have stayed here before but this hotel on a downward spiral. Room was bleak, shabby. Pool was padlocked, inaccessible. Trash all over parking lot Will never book again. Left the room and went to another hotel

Served it's purpose for one night-

Pros: Easy access.
Cons: Revamp breakfast.
We were moving across two states and stayed here for a break. My Google Map had me totally lost and the front desk guy gave me great directions. Beds are great. But, the room smelled like dog poop when we first walked in. The breakfast is horrible. It seems to be a waste of money for the property to serve nothing but carbs and rubbish.

Close to Grand Canyon University for my Graduation

Pros: The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. The bathroom counter was very spacious. The room was spacious.
Cons: Outlets should be checked more regularly to ensure that they work properly.
Location: Downtown was fairly close. There were a lot of eateries available. My University was very close as well.
The staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean. There was an issue with one of our blow dryers not working because it seems that it was the outlet that was not functioning. The breakfast, provided, was very good. There was a great variety of breakfast foods. There just needs to be another toaster or two because it took a long while to toast our bagels and waffles with only one toaster available. It was very close to my university. I stayed at your hotel because I came from out of state to walk at my graduation.

One night late from airport

It was clean and comfortable. But front desk in the morning seemed not happy to be working and although I got there 15 minutes before breakfast was over at 9, almost everything was gone and the hot stuff was ice cold, tables really dirty.

Pros: Price and location
Was not prepared for "Old School" outdoor entrance. I just needed a room for one night, so all is well for a one night stay. A lot of activity and noise happening in the parking lot throughout the night. With outside entrance into room, there is no escaping the noise.

Could be better

Pros: The location from where we needed to go in Phoenix.
Cons: The breakfast and bigger beds. Ad said queen beds but they were full, not queen size.
We had to switch rooms due to TV problem. Second room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Breakfast was a little disappointing with old fruit and watery coffee. Trains passing by woke me up twice that night.
