My room smelled of sewer when the water turned or toilet flushed, bathroom had black hair all over the shower and toilet when I arrived, limited continental breakfast, nothing like other La Quintas, room is destroyed in regards to being maintained (walls, tissue holder that is attached to the wall is hanging off) no housekeeping unless requested, front office staff doesnt acknowledge you when you come and go - hotel is over all dirty in the hallways with same debris in elevator for 2 days.

Need a different gate at the pool, hard to open. Also toilet lid needs to be tighten in the room we were in. Coffee needs to be ready to go by 6:00 am with donuts or something.

I need to begin by saying it takes a lot for me to have to write a poor review such as what will follow as it's (sorry) just not in keeping with our Canadian reputation of be tolerant and polite, however my stay at this facility was just not worth the $700.00 Canadian it cost for a 2-night's stay for me and wife. Grossly overpriced!!! Reasons: -Could no use the pool without the risk of Hypothermia - Hot tub full of foam which equals dirty - No clean Towels available in in work-out area as well as the TV did not work. - Wi-Fi in our Room was non-existent - Only 1 upholstered chair and desk chair in front room - No kettle for hot water - Free breakfast was very average and no Micro- Wave - Ask for a simple thing like ketchup; was told none available only what you see.... and so on and so on. In conclusion totally unacceptable and I feel that asking for some sort of a refund is not out of the question. As it stands now, I will never stay at a Wyndham property again!! The majority of the hotel was very nice. The tubs need to be refreshed as they are stained, otherwise, the room was nicely updated, clean, and safe.

The bathroom floor had not been cleaned, there was debris and coffee spots on the floor. It’s just ran down and not cleaned often enough, the hallways are dirty. The food is not great so I ate out instead. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s too bad the management isn’t on top of the cleaning. I have stayed here many times and I won’t stay again. It’s amazing how quickly a place can go down hill when management doesn’t seem to care.

The room was great, but as we were there on an extended stay, we wish that housekeeping would have come to our room once every 3 or 4 days. The elevator had a bit of a funky smell to it as well, but overall, will definitely be back. The location is ideal with its centrality and proximity to dining options.

Property was nice, check in was easy. Bathroom in our room was filthy. Trash on the floor. Urine under the toilet seat, hair everywhere and shampoo still on the shower walls. Rather than complain I just cleaned it myself.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was often out of items with an hour or so left. Our room (618) was pretty run down. The bathtub was very stained. We had to ask for pool towels daily, never any washed. Otherwise it’s a nice spot.

The Motel was quiet, work friendly and very comfortable. A great place to come back to from work and get a few things done- have a nice dinner walking distance and get a peaceful night of sleep.

Our hotel stay was very fine. The hotel is close to the Mesa airport and has plenty of food options nearby which made it very convenient for us. The rooms were quite large, but seemed a little bit more dated than I was expecting. They had a good breakfast with all of the standard fare and plenty of seating.

Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful from front desk to the dining room staff. Only 'negative' was the loud traffic noise from our room overlooking the freeway, which of course isn't the hotel's fault.

Strange smell in the elevator and on our floor (Cannot speak to other floors.) Seemed really loud being on the fourth floor and hearing people in the pool pretty clearly. Room was good as always at a LaQuinta!

The 3rd floor hallway smelled like raw sewage for the duration of our stay. The 3rd day I was there, a staff member knocked on my door and exclaimed the “smoke sensor” went off in my room. I was then accused of smoking in the room I shared with my 6 year old. When I said we had not been smoking, I was then accused of smoking marijuana. I invited her in so she could see there was no smoking going on. She eventually went on her way into the sewer hallway. Maybe be more concerned about the disgusting smelling hallway than accusing guests of smoking in their rooms? Two thumbs down. Would not recommend. Would not stay at another La Quinta branded property again.

I booked this hotel to enjoy my grandson's baseball tournament. I called earllier in the week to confirm the amount they would charge and place holds on my credit card. The amount was for the room and a $400 hold. I work for UberEats and saved my delivery earnings to pay for this trip. Upon check in my card was declined. I tried again and the same, I was declined. Had I had another card to use I would have left and booked a room somewhere else. Not only was it embarrasing...I had grandkids with me. We had just driven from Santa Clarita with and 8 year old and a 2 year old. I called during the week to confirm the hold amount so that I could use my UberEats earnings, that I had saved for. Very upset.

I reserved a handicap accessible room for my disabled sister (physically and deaf) about a week in advance. I also mentioned it when I checked in at 6 pm. We did not go to the room however until 9 pm. When we got there it was not an accessible room. They could not help with anything. No riser for toilet, so I had to physically lift her on and off toilet each time as needed, no other room available, could not shower, no closed caption on tv, nothing! There were several other little things, no coffee in room, when got it, maker overflowed, keys didn’t work, Hotel pretty run down overall. After complaining I did receive a discount on our room but won’t be staying at La Quinta again. Do not stay if you have any physical limitations
