excellent hotel

Pros: the location, the breakfast, free beverages and breakfast
Cons: the sundries were a little overpriced
Location: mall close by, wild wings and chipotle
water and coffee as well as tea and hot chocolate are available 24 hours. Desktop with internet connection in the lobby, breakfast was good and available at 6:15 am. Will definitely return. Instead of a shuttle bus to the airport they called us a free cab. Awesome!

Nice hotel close to lots of shopping & airport

It was a nice, clean, safe, affordable hotel near lots of shopping and near Phoenix Mesa airport. The staff was friendly at check-in.

Close location to hospital

Second day room was never cleaned. First day cleaning, never left coffee pot tray to hold coffee pods and no coffee. Third night was woken up at 11:30 by a bus load of teen agers yelling and running up and down halls. Why didnt they put them on floor all by them selves. No lotion, no shampoo, no conditioner!!! Cont. Breakfast consisted of muffins....day old or older and yogart. Front desk rep just had attitude of "oh well...sorry". For the price you charge, accomodations are horrible. We also stayed at Super 8 that had much much better accomodations with lower charge. Something is wrong with this picture. My husband and i have always chose La Quintas when traveling......but obviously youve changed your policies.

Have family living in the area. Close to freeway, nearby restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff.

My stay at La Quinta Inn was fantastic. I was impressed at how nice the staff was and how clean everything was. My room was perfect and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: breakfast
hotel is clean convenient but breakfast is very basic.. did not like room first night got another room for 2nd night,hotels sits right on a busy street and freeway, very loud freeway on northside of building,

Shuttle car.

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because they had a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. They neglected to tell us that after 9:00pm they do not offer this service. Our plane did not get into Gateway until 10:30 and there for we had to take a taxi. If they are not going to offer the service, they should at least refund the taxi billing.
