One of the cleaner properties I’ve been to. Room is comfortable and larger. Not the quietest, while walking down the hall you can hear everyone in their rooms. Breakfast bar was one of the smallest rooms I’ve seen in a free breakfast, with only microwaveable food items, some fruit and pastries. Staff a bit disconnected from customer service, did not see any employees smiling, they looked kind of depressed, but I had no need for interaction. (Breakfast manager was friendly but told customer not to make mess in microwave, and refused to make more decaf for a customer). I would stay again though. In the middle of town where you could walk to park and restaurant.

Enjoyed our stay, good breakfast and friendly staff. Only thing we were unhappy with was the odour from the ‘new’ carpet and not being able to open a window for fresh air.

Good location close to the fountain, farmers market and dining. Was nice having a washer and dryer in our suite. More hallway/neighbor noise than expected. One of the exterior doors you had to pull shut, which the hotel should correct.

Late evening, we needed to warm our leftover food and enquired about a microwave. The gentleman on duty told us that there should have been one in the room. I assured him that there wasn't one in the room. He immediately, personally, brought one to our room and apologized for any inconvenience. Excellent service

Great location. Walkable to restraunts and the park. Room was spacious, everything worked. Only compliant is the loud AC/heat unit. Ridiculously loud and the TV wasnt HD and given its size it was blury. Hot tub was small. No more than 3 people comfortably.

The property was perfect for a family stay, quiet and right by an AMAZING park and playground. Able to walk to the Main Street for food or their farmers market. The stairwells smelled and the pool had a cracking floor but it was definitely still usable.

Staff was not very friendly. Overall, a very nice property however the outdoor restrooms at the swimming pool were out of order and closed. The restaurant was also closed but there were other places to eat nearby.

The property was so nice. The room was very clean and spacious. For the most part, the staff was amazing, except for one, who was not willing to go above and beyond for anything. I asked for extra towels, as we never requested our room to be cleaned. She would only give four, even though I asked for five. She told me I would have to come back later to get the fifth. I also told her that I brought our towels down and put them in the gym towel shoot. She did not like that. I asked her what I was supposed to do with the towels, and she had no answer. I did not want to leave them in the hallway for people to trip. Her and I just did not see eye to eye on a number of things, and I had to walk away before we had words. Other than that one staff member, I would say our experience was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

We really loved the location - right across from the fountain! The breakfast was minimal; they had no decaf tea which was disappointing. The bed was super soft, which we did not like as we prefer our mattress to be firm. The shower took forever to heat up and the air conditioning was very erratic so it was uncomfortably warm in the room.

the room was nice. my only issue was-the accessible room shower. It was difficult to get in the shower using a shower chair. not user friendly.

Wonderful Walkable Hotel
Wonderful hotel in a very cute, walkable town. We enjoyed several meals in the area (best was Euro Pizza!!) as well as morning walks around the lake. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the Phoenix metro area and wanted to get away from all the traffic!
