Pros: The location, awesome mountain views, manicured grounds, beautiful swimming pools - and great room!
We were pleasantly surprised by our spacious, pool-side room - overlooking the adult only pool. The room was very quite, comfortable, and clean - and we loved the private patio area! We also enjoyed the Joya Spa - absolutely first class!

Pros: Spa
Cons: Food
Location: Well located in Scottsdale
Well located and good facilities. Spa is a plus, quality of food is a minus (menu is small and health choices limited)

Outstanding Hotel

Pros: See above
Cons: Replace mini bar fridges with fridge that are empty and you can place whatever you want in them. I haven't used a mini bar in years. Why would you?
Location: Location was right at the base of Camelback mountain. Nice view.
We stayed a weekend at the Omni for a friend's wedding. The facilities and grounds are excellent. One of the most important necessities for me when I travel is a cafe type service where I can grab a latte and croissant in the mornings. This hotel had exactly that, a nice cafe with sit down seating and easy to go meals like salads or oatmeal. The two pools were nice, too. One was adult only which is a very nice thing when your kids aren't with you. The larger family pool had the biggest hot tub I have ever seen. It was like a small pool, Both pools had drink/food service, as well. The staff was really friendly and fulfilled every request we had in a timely manner; including have a mini fridge delivered to our room.

Really beautiful, upscale hotel

Pros: Spa is the best part. Room was very comfortable, the TV has netflix enabled so you can log into your account and watch your TV. Wifi was reliable.
Cons: Food variety in the restaurants & honestly, better pricing / better portions. It was so overpriced. Spa staff should immediately address rowdy guests.
Location: I didn't venture out much b.c the hotel was so amazing. If you do 1 thing, visit Taliesin West (Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home) about 13 miles out.
I came here for Christmas, on a solo trip to get away from everything and everyone. It was nice. Beautiful grounds, very comfortable room (bed was heavenly). One of my pet peeves is crappy towels and this hotel has good towels. The food (from both on-site restaurants) was good but overpriced. The crowning glory of this place is definitely the spa, you cannot miss this. I spent the entire day there, you can use the sauna, steam room, etc. while waiting for your next appointment in various lounges/quiet rooms. Lockers were nice, showers, they even have razors, shaving cream. So many towels everywhere. It was great.

Went here for a quick 3 night get away. The spa is phenominal and the service is impeccable everywhere. The view from the spa terrace is something to be experienced in person I have attached a picture which is breathtaking. Room was spacious clean and bathroom was large and comforting for a pregnant wife. The food @ prado was also very good. The only thing I could nitpick on would be the menu is limited when it comes to food options.

The perfect Golf Vacation

5 out of 5
by from Mobile, Al
Posted Dec 17, 2016
Pros: The staff
Cons: Pay stronger attention to the patio cushions. Ours had stains that were questionable.
Location: The location appears to be convenient to most destinations.
The resort is convenient to many places of interest. My wife and I visited on a golf getaway and was extremely pleased with the resort and the very attentive staff. Our room was nice but the patio furniture had some stains on the cushions. The staff was absolutely perfect, courteous, and helpful. We met a dozen or so employees and felt like we left a dozen friends and family members upon our departure.

Disappointed

by from denver
Posted Dec 15, 2016
Struggled with Internet, room was extremely dated and stains on the carpet, no Expedia VIP upgrade, contacted front desk three times over excessive noise above our room and received no actions of any type, advertised as overlooking pool yet was first level looking at pool entry gate. Just very disappointed and don't believe the hotel should be rated as a five star.

Pros: Very Convenient Location. Nice Amenities.
Cons: Customer Parking should be on the top level with valet on the bottom levels. Turn down service would be a nice feature.
Location: Hiking, Shopping, Restaurants - all very convenient.
Stayed on business but really enjoy the relaxed feeling coming back to this hotel every evening. Fire pits and fire places lit up make it very welcoming.
