This property was really beautiful! It was so well kept and felt so relaxing. We had just had a few days of travel and exploring the state and this was the perfect end to our trip. My daughter described it perfectly.. it was like an adult hotel that allows kids now... which basically means no water slides or activities built for kids but really beautiful and welcoming to children. Also, service and food were fantastic! I highly recommend staying here!

So far the best resort l have ever been. The only 2 things l was not aware of. 1- breakfast not included on my reservation. 2- there is a $30 per night for valet. Everything else was amazing.

Very nice Resort, not massive which we loved! Rooms are nice and big. Nice Bathrooms, pool service was excellent, breakfast was awesome with a great view.

The Omni turned out to be a lovely option for our family. Really beautiful grounds, close walk to Camel Back hike, decent food options, lovely pool area and service. I would go back definitely!

Beautiful grounds. Their "systems" were down so we couldn't access the spa and their communication around the issue was poor, we went to the spa 4 times before they told us we would not be able to book appointments.

The property is generally very beautiful. The pool is small, especially on the weekends when the day crowds and wedding parties show up. Our room was large but not in great shape - the sliding doors to the patio were almost impossible to open, one of the bathroom hooks was broken, the tv had a gash in the screen, the in-room refrigerator door was falling off its hinges, and the bathroom sink hot water faucet handle was detaching. You would expect better given the room costs. The on-premises dining options are good, but a bit overpriced for the caliber of food. Unfortunately, the property is in a neighborhood with draconic traffic regulations (speed cameras, low speed limits, etc.) and nimby community members that make getting into and out of the hotel to go visit sites a chore.

- Advertises complimentary EV charging but they were all “out of order”. - Beautiful enough to have filming crews all over disrupting a quiet and private vacation and access to pool. - Housekeeping does half the job (left garbage, didn’t make bed) and front desk says “sorry they just don’t speak English” - inappropriate, disrespectful, unacceptable. 3 stars are earned because for potential because it is a beautiful campus, it just didn’t measure up to expectations.

I lost my Apple Watch in my room on checkout and the staff went out of their way to locate it and mail back to me. I felt the breakfast options were overpriced at Prado. Overall property very nice, clean, and well maintained.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Scottsdale. With Saddleback Mtn in the backyard it is hard to go wrong. It is just beautiful with great food options on the property. The Spa was fantastic!

The experience all around was great. The massage at the SPA wasn't exactly what we thought it would be. Very over priced for a sports massage for just a rub down. I was told i would get medium pressure with stretching and that did not happen. When done i told the receptionist that informed me and all she could say was that she's sorry. I could have went to a mom pop establishment and would have gotten a better experience. BLUF the sport massage was overpriced for what was given. A mom pop establishment do better.

New furniture, new mattresses, drapes, paint etc. We did keep the larger piece, such as the armoire as an ode to our Spanish brand. The resort is so peaceful. The property is beautiful and relaxing. The food was great. There are multiple restaurants to choose from. The staff are very helpful and polite.
