My wife and I stay here every November for the MSBL National baseball Tourney. On this trip two hot tubs were broken of the four to use. The Blond bartender behind the bar near the pool stated a certain appetizer "wings" was not available from that location so my wife had to walk up the hill to the lobby to place an order per the bartender, this took nearly 40 mins which to us was important time lost, now the bartender did state they sometimes could call the order in but she didn't offer and really came off like she didn't want to be helpful. Frustrating!! Room service burger was delivered burnt black crispy on one side, see pic. We also ordered steak medallions medium and that came very raw... couldn't eat either dish. Now we have stayed here multiple times and every visit has been fabulous so we will chalk this vacation stay up as a bad outing, every pitcher has a bad start eventually. We didn't report the complaints.
