Beautiful Location

Cons: Maid service's attitude
Location: I didn't leave the hotel as I was there for a seminar. The food was outstanding at the 3- day event.
This hotel is very close to the airport and has many options for the single traveler. I had an issue with my maid as she left my door cracked open one day. I left her a note and she didn't respond except to turn the shower head at the shower door so when I turned on the water I got wet. You may think it was an accident, I know that she doesn't clean the shower head each day as it was never that way before. I did not tell the hotel staff because I didn't want her to do something else in my room. I had a 6:10am flight out on my last day and did not have a chance to discuss with the front desk.

Wonderful Hotel

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was very beautiful, yet very close to all the places I needed to go in the city. Lots of places to walk around or go jogging. Food was good as well. Very convenient and a nice resort.

Nice Hotel

Cons: Allow FREE wi-fi
Location: Close to airport
The hotel staff were great! The facilities were clean, however, I didn't like the fact that one has to pay $14.99 per day for Wi-Fi service. When I asked why I had to pay for internet access the hotel explained that Expedia doesn't allow for FREE Wi-Fi to their booking clients. Since when does Expedia own the hotels?

Beautiful setting yet close to everything!

Pros: The fact that it is placed up next to the Buttes. What a fun setting! The pools were incredible! Very lovely landscaping.
Cons: Do not charge extra for parking or wireless internet - although those charges were waived for us.
Location: Great location for those flying into Phoenix! On site restaurants are awesome when you do not want to explore far.
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. I think what we noticed that was so unlike other locations is how quiet the place was in terms of noise. You could not hear people walking down the hall, at the pool or in another room.

Very nice facility. Great pools and food options. Top of the Rock fantastic food and service. Great relaxing resort type hotel. Too bad housekeeping standards did not align with rest of the hotel. Housekeeping in room was below expectations for a Marriott.

My wife and I stay here every November for the MSBL National baseball Tourney. On this trip two hot tubs were broken of the four to use. The Blond bartender behind the bar near the pool stated a certain appetizer "wings" was not available from that location so my wife had to walk up the hill to the lobby to place an order per the bartender, this took nearly 40 mins which to us was important time lost, now the bartender did state they sometimes could call the order in but she didn't offer and really came off like she didn't want to be helpful. Frustrating!! Room service burger was delivered burnt black crispy on one side, see pic. We also ordered steak medallions medium and that came very raw... couldn't eat either dish. Now we have stayed here multiple times and every visit has been fabulous so we will chalk this vacation stay up as a bad outing, every pitcher has a bad start eventually. We didn't report the complaints.

Expedía shows option to use breakfast credit for room service, not the case with the hotel only give Buffett coupons. "View" was of i10 freeway..very unimpressed

This is s beautiful hotel. Pool & grounds are wonderful. Food service & spa was wonderful. Bed not very comfortable though. I would stay again.

Pros: Nice pool, clean rooms, good food
Cons: Half the rooms have a view of the freeway.
Location: Close to airport. Good location
Unique setting built into the hillside, pool is nice, food was good. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
