Staff was excellent starting with the front desk and ending with the maid service. Hotel is undergoing remodeling and should have stated that on the website. Onsite restaurant was closed due to remodeling, but excellent nearby restaurants to be golf carted to by hotel staff. Microwaves would have been nice addition to the hotel rooms.

Great place to stay with kids. If you dont have kids, you will hear them in the pool till 11 pm. Easy walk to the water park, restaurants. Nice area. We enjoyed our trip.

Great resort for a family. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Someone was always cleaning the facility. Very clean!! Great pool(s)/lazy river/waterslide and mini golf course.

Hot water took 10 minutes to heat up. AC was extremely load when it shut off and washer and dryer were outside our room and I thought a train was going by

This is our second stay at this location. We love the pool and the River Ranch, the dining pptions, and the location. Everyone is always very kind and friendly, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the pool service crew and servers.

This is a great property for families. It is not the newest decor or most up to date but it has what you need. Pools are amazing. They are heated for our April vacation and best water I’ve even been in. I don’t go into pools even if they are 80 degrees with my kids bc they are still cold. This was perfect whatever it was. For the first time I could join my kids in the lazy river, go down slides and be in the pool to play. Restaurant staff was great as was the food!

Beautiful resort. My family of 5 had a great weekend here. Nice swimming facilities. Starbucks in lobby. Food was good but pricey. Drinks pricey. My wife said the spa was nice. Not many food options around. The resort was nice, the casitas around the resort are clearly abandoned. The landscaping around the casitas is trashy compared to the rest of the resort. Rooms were clean. Sitting area was nice but not AMAZING. We paid $250/ night after taxes and fees etc and that was perfectly priced.

First I found a dirty sock underneath the bed and then I found a used condom wrapper and box in the bedside table drawer. I was cold so I took down a blanket from the closet and it had some long hair in it. I have very short hair. The furniture was all dinged up. You could feel the metal bars while sitting on the couch. We went down to the hot tube and you could see bugs running around. The whole hotel was worn out and needed a complete overhaul. Not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel.

It was fun enough for the kids for the 3 nights we were there, but on site food options were very slim and not the greatest. There were some closed restaurants and the hole in the wall seemed to be all that was open and not the best. The staff at the bars were not the friendliest either. We also had an incident with a staff-driven golf cart and our 3 year old falling off with scrapes all over her face and knees, and management never reached out to follow up on her which was surprising. We had a good stay overall, but would probably look elsewhere with more options for the price next time.

Overall experience was excellent. All of the staff were kind and helpful and the 1 minor issue that we had with the toilet was fixed almost immediately upon contacting the front desk. We would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to others as well.

The water park had an old town look we checked in at 4pm but water park closed at 6pm the water slide was also closed. We didn't have a microwave and the mini fridge was was warm

We had a great stay! The lazy river was clean and relaxing. The staff was nice. The suite was spacious. And, the resort was also close to a wonderful Italian restaurant.

The property is just ok, old and starting to look run down. The room wasn't the cleanest. The restaurant is overpriced and the food is subpar. It waa fine for one night but we wouldn't book again.

Loved staying at the Hilton Peak Resort. The location was tucked away yet conveniently located near shopping. The pools and waterpark on premise were awesome and clean! Hotel staff were polite and very helpful!

The room was filthy. Carpet stained . Housekeeping didn’t come every day. Ran out of towels . The water park was beyond capacity. Not even a place to sit. The tennis courts were overgrown and not usable.

The staff was great and our rooms were clean and well stocked. Our one disappointment was in dining options. We had reservations for the Hole in the wall, but were told when we came in that there was a 40 minute wait, and we couldn't sit on the patio...why were our reservations even accepted? they were out of several things, including crayons for the kids to color their placemats. the food was marginal. (Our waitress was wonderful--we knew nothing was her fault.) The other problem was not having any kind of breakfast options except a coffee shop?? Not acceptable for a resort.. One should be able to spend their whole day at a resort if they want---especially when there's a resort fee...

Access to River Ranch was easy and all interaction with resort staff was friendly. Definitely a great place for a family getaway, and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and playgrounds.

Not enough pool chairs x tennis and basketball courts unusable. Was not allowed to use fitness center with my 11year old son with me. Things were slightly outdated - but for the price and time of year it was fine. Otherwise, check in, staff and room cleanliness was fine.

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the mixed reviews. This place is great for a family trip. The hotel is very nice. The room was very clean and we got a text upon arrival asking if the room was satisfactory. The pool at the hotel is fun and mixed with jacuzzis and swim up bar. The river ranch water park is lots of fun for the kids and adults too. Towels are provided at both areas. The hotel itself is quite nicely renovated too. We will definitely plan more trips here in the future. The restaurant hole in the wall in the same area is also delicious.
