This peaceful, spacious Fountain Hills 3 BR/2.5BA home has been recently renovated with continuous updates and improvements since our first happy guests in 2019. With breathtaking Mountain View’s in every direction, take your pick of three outdoor seating areas to kick back and relax. A covered back porch overlooks a sparkling pool with outdoor shower and an acre of private land for gorgeous sunset views. Enjoy the covered breezeway for grilling, dining, or fire pit chats. In front, see Four Peaks Mountain and the Fountain of Fountain Hills, to the side…gorgeous sunset views of Fire Rock… and poolside, watch the sun set over McDowell Peak. A dark sky community, Fountain Hills ranks #20 in the US for star gazing.

This is our (very) part-time home that we've enjoyed sharing with dozens of happy (all 5-star!) guests for wonderful, peaceful, carefree family vacation stays. We've thought of everything to ensure that you can drop your bags and relax while enjoying the sunshine and fantastic views!

Fountain Hills is the closest you can be to the Scottsdale shopping, dining, and nightlife, while experiencing the natural beauty of Arizona. Nearby, choose one of several beautiful golf courses, stroll around the fountain in Fountain Hills park, or take easy day trips just north for Salt River tubing, boat rentals at beautiful Saguaro lake, horseback riding, ATV trails/rentals, or hiking in Tonto National Forest.

Fast, easy communication directly with the owner to ensure you have all you need for a wonderful stay, whether suggestions for the best pizza in the area or requests for early check-in or late check-out. And…we use the best cleaning crew on the planet!

Wonderful House
Perfect house just a short drive from Phoenix. Great location in the hills that is very well maintained. We had a great stay and communication with the host was quick and helpful. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very Enjoyable Home
This property was lovely -- lots of windows and views, great pool/patio, and lots of covered spaces for reading and relaxing. The owner was wonderful -- he was very communicative and did all he could to ensure our stay was pleasant! The property is also very family-friendly -- with a Pack n Play, high chair, child rocker, and some kids' games on site. Note: all beds have Temprapedic mattresses.

Fantastic house with beautiful views
We had a great visit to see family in Arizona and enjoyed staying at Matt’s beautiful home in Fountain Hills. The house was clean and well equipped with everything. Communication with Matt was quick and easy. The views from every direction in the house are spectacular. My teenage kids also enjoyed the games and puzzles, which helped to really make it feel like home. Thank you, Matt for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay there again and you recommend highly to others.

Even better than advertised
My family which includes two octogenarians, enjoyed the views, location, and comfort of this HOME. It was clean, cozy, and not much was expected of us to check in or out. You can even see the fountain from the front of the house. Only wish we would have used more of the many amenities, like the grills and pool. My grandmother is using a cane and had no problem getting around. We really enjoyed the balcony and backyard. We took scenic family pictures out there in the day and enjoyed some star gazing at night. Really appreciate the stay Matt and Sue, thank you.

Fountain Hills getaway
Absolutely love this property. Spacious home with pool and views in a quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Where to start.....well, communication with the host was clear and timely. We had no problems finding the house or accessing. This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay; the kitchen lacks nothing if you care to cook at home- which we did. I only wish we could have stayed longer so I could have made a cake for us to enjoy- or cookies for that matter- both could have been baked easily. BBQ available and the pool was enjoyed by all. Late October brings nice warm days and cooler evenings. Every bedroom was comfortable with extra linens/towels/blankets/pillows if needed. We love the location. Close to the town of Fountain Hills but also a short drove to Scottsdale and Phoenix. TV, Peloton bike, games all available. I would say that this is a place will keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for opening your home to us; your hospitality was much appreciated.
