Would definitely stay again!

Posted May 8, 2017
Pros: Breakfast, room comfort, staff
Location: Location is right next to freeway and very close to where we needed to be.
Upon check in we were greeted professionally and courteously. Breakfast was a nice change from just continental danishes and it had a little buffet with eggs, protein choice, waffles, and cereal choice. We rented a suite and it was comfortable and spacious. We had an issue with the AC but they had maintenance there within 20 minutes for the quick fix. My only downside was there is not an elevator.

Good location

Posted Apr 23, 2017
Pros: Great staff and easy to find.
Cons: We had a problem with the screws being lose in the bathroom door hinge.
Location: The location is good, with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. Street traffic is heavy and could use better crosswalk locations,
We were in town for a 5 K fun run and this hotel filled our needs with its location to the event location. It was close to food and any shopping you would need. The hotel had a nice grass and BBQ area and would be good for longer stays.

Inexpensive and it shows.

There is a saying... you get what you pay for.....which fits this hotel room to a T. Rooms need up dating and some renovation. Door to room was ridiculously hard to close when leaving. Bed were just ok. Desk chair was ripped. Had a hard time getting the wall hair dryer to work. Could hear motorcycles arriving and leaving. Very inconsiderate patrons. Someone dropped cheetos on the stairs and was never cleaned up the 2 nights we were there. Breakfast - lady working the breakfast was great and always with a smile. She didn't bat an eye when 30 of us showed up at once. Cereal, coffee, yogurt, peanut butter were just fine. Personally I would NOT stay again because I can afford better. I only stayed here because I was with a big group.

Dirty

Posted Apr 10, 2017
There was a 3 hour delay on checking in. I was attending the NCAA Final Four and missed the first half of the game. The room was nasty. Food from previous travelers on the floor. Hotel was a good location, but unfortunately not clean or good service.

Close to Ballpark and Phoenix sights

Posted Apr 4, 2017
Pros: Lobby and housekeeping staff were excellent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Shower good.
Cons: Shower curtain challenging. Breakfast buffet not bad but few items. Air conditioning loud and strong fan even on low. Room door key took many tries
Location: Close to Rte 10 and major streets. Waffle House and Black Bear restaurant share parking lot. Both excellent. Close to Cactus League ballparks.
Came to see Cactus League game and some Southwest sights. Great game 10 minute drive from hotel. Also toured Arizona Diamondbacks stadium, very impressed.

We were stuck having to go with a "smoking" room. Our fault for doing that BUT can they NOT afford to buy and use a bottle or two of fabreeze? the room reeked

Good experience for a moderately rated hotel

Posted Feb 27, 2017
Cons: Breakfast offerings should be increased.
The hotel had easy access from the freeway. The complete hotel staff ranging from front desk check-in to employees charged with cleaning rooms was courteous and helpful. Even though the hotel was right next to the freeway, it was quiet and virtually isolated from the noise of the highway. The free breakfast was just basic for a morning snack. Overall, a great place to stay.

Brief stay

Posted Feb 24, 2017
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: One suggestion: Serve scrambled eggs instead of those egg-things that were served.
Location: Visiting parents 5 miles away.
Booked for only 1 night. Check in was easy. Although located right by I-10, was not too noisy. Room was clean & comfortable. One suggestion: Serve scrambled eggs instead of those egg-things that were served.
