This particular Quality Inn has below average service. For example, rooms not full functional- ac not working, tv not working, bedding NOT CHANGED, they leave piles of laundry in hallways. You get the picture.

The room itself had many problems that should have been addressed before it was rented. The toilet ran constantly, wasting tons of water & making noise. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise. The temperature regulator on the A/C unit worked but the fan was very loud unceasingly, probably due to dirt in the unit. Finally the TV was very difficult to use. Hard to turn on, difficult to select channels, & once it was on I couldn't turn it off! I actually played it with the sound off all night & when I vacated the room it was still on.

Bed was horrible!!! Hotel is definitely outdated and has a musty old smell throughout. The area around the hotel is a loud and unsafe. Drug addict asking for money or food when walking to the McDonald’s next door. Never will be back! I would pay double to not stay there again.

Location was good everything was close
This place was convenient MacDonald some feet away, U.S Egg & Dunkin donuts 2 buildings down CVS close and a lot of food options. This was a last minute booking. Service was great, Customer Service Great, employees very courteous and considerate.

The surfaces in the room had food on them. The coffee pot had coffee still in it from previous guest. There were no fresh cups The refrigerator was not clean The carpet had crumbs The sheets and towels were stained. The staff were kind and helpfull, But the cleanliness is very lacking.

The price was fine. You could here everyone around you. Walls and ceiling didn't seem to be insulated. Probably won't go to a Quality inn again.
