Room service barged in on us!

Pros: The AC worked great, the room stayed nice and cool.
Cons: The towels, sheets and pillow cases were stained and needed to be bleached. The entry stairs looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed in a while.
During our stay at 9:45 in the morning room service knocked on our door and before I could answer it they had the key in the lock and were barging into the room. I grabbed the door and kept them from entering and let them know we were still there. This was while one of my daughters was still in the shower! Check out time is at 11 am and we had every intention of vacating the room by that time.

Had to change hotels mid stay this hotel staff was great. Also had to check out early due to medical emergency. The staff went out of their way to help me

Don't take your shoes off.

Pros: location was good. Staff friendly.
Cons: Needs all new beds and bedding. Carpet and bathrooms redone.
Location: Superstition mall and restaurants were within walking distance.
The carpet was dirty. Sheets and bedding dirty. Bathroom and towels were dirty. The room needed overhauled. Some remodeling was being done. I would not stay there again. Talked to front desk staff and they tried to be helpful. Hopefully all the rooms can be redone in the near future.

It was nice for what I needed it for , it was close to the hospital I needed to be close to and the mall and food was all near by, also the freeway access was close. Great location! Quality Inn was not quite Quality but it was still livable. Good price a little dated room.

Musty, but trusty!

The staff were all pleasant. However, the room had a distinct odor and I felt the bathroom could have been cleaned more thouroughly. The counterperson when I left said they were going to remodel soon. Maybe try again after the remodeling.

I had a decent stay. The breakfasts in the morning at the buffet was average at best! I stayed in a handicapped room. The bath tub was way past overdue to be replaced!
