The sink would drain slowly it was awful when you’re brushing your teeth. There were a lot kids and I understand kids get loud but after 10pm someone should do something. I called down to the front desk. No one did anything.

The hotel itself was excellent, including the front desk staff. But the shuttle service was the worst we've experienced in 40 years of traveling. We had interaction with two drivers, the one coming off his shift and the one beginning his shift. Both were the rudest individuals we've ever encountered in what is supposed to be the hospitality industry! They raised their voices at us. They slammed every shuttle door when we were leaving, and after we arrived at the airport. These two individuals need to find something else to do that other than work with people.

The property looks and feels newly renovated so nothing looks worn or old. It has to be the most lively lobby in its class of hotels. So many people just hanging out and socializing due to the bar remains open until 10 pm (if I remember right). The mattress feels great. Shower pressure is strong. Only two things....we had a hard time controling the temperature in our room. Either too cold or too hot no matter what setting we had it on. Maybe because the temperature outside flexuated from the 40's to the 80's. Lastly, the size of the pillows were really small compared to other hotels we stayed at. Minor though. Overall, a nice and comfotable place to stay

Convenient, close to the airport. Free airport shuttle. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Very short staffed, but I guess that is a problem everywhere nowadays.

Hotel advertises airport shuttle. When I arrived at the shuttle pick up place, no Radisson shuttle. Tried calling multiple times. No answer at the shuttle extension. No answer at the front desk. Had to spend $20 for a taxi. Front desk area was empt6, but the attendant said he had been too busy to answer the phone. When I said that this doesn’t make for a good review, he replied, “. You just go and write your little review.”

Hotel is a 3 star at best. Bathroom was dirty when I got there, Stains on the tub walls and on the fixtures. The only reason to stay here is the convenience to the airport.

Horrible experience with Expedia. Accidentally booked the wrong night. Supposedly i booked a non refundable room. Not sure how that happened since the booking said fully refundable. Tried reaching out to the hotel and they said I would have to contact Expedia. Notified them as soon as soon as realized that. 5 days in advance and they couldn’t resolve the issue. Very upset that this situation could not get resolved. I probably will never use Expedia or stay at Radisson hotel!!!!

King bed , only 4 pillows (cheap and small), asked for 2 more and got them. Very thin bed spread. Was cold. No extra blanket . I travel a lot. This hotel was a disappointment !

Excellent people. Priced right, clean and the food was decent. 100 kids ripping up and down the halls, due to a ball tournament. Not the hotels fault.

The personnel at the middle of the night was very professional, friendly and appropriately in everything; the girl at the next morning very unprofessional, unpolite and unfriendly .. like very problematic person 😬 but the next day was a younger girl so amazing, professional, friendly and she make us feel very welcome at any time !!

The property was pretty clean, the bathroom was not what I expect from a $300 a night hotel. Reminded me of a motel 6 bathroom( very outdated) Hotel room was basic but overall not bad. The room was clean.

Pros- very quiet, no street noise, good location, clean Con- the bedding is not comfortable. The bed is too hard and their pillows are really small and too soft. I didn’t sleep well because it was not very comfortable.
